【新唐人2012年3月17日讯】随着薄熙来的仕途告终，人们都在呼吁平反薄制造的冤案。不过薄熙来最大的冤案应该算是迫害法轮功欠下的血债。据“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”的证据显示，从99年中共开始迫害法轮功以来，薄熙来所到之处，都是迫害法轮功最严重、手段最残忍、死亡人数最多的地区。
薄熙来在倒台之前，因迫害法轮功，涉嫌“群体灭绝”和“酷刑罪”已在全球十二个国家遭到刑事控告和民事起诉，其中澳洲的高等法院已在薄熙来缺庭情况下判决法轮功学员一审胜诉。
根据“追查国际”的调查记录显示，薄熙来在辽宁担任省长期间，辽宁成为迫害法轮功重灾区，仅由《明慧网》公布确认的，被迫害致死的法轮功学员就高达406名。
辽宁境内的“马三家教养院”、“大连教养院”等对法轮功学员的酷刑虐待极其严重﹔第一个被曝光出来的活摘法轮功器官的集中营，就在辽宁沈阳苏家屯﹔而王立军获得“光华创新特别贡献奖”的所谓“注射药物后器官受体移植试验”也是在辽宁锦州。
一名在活摘器官现场持枪警卫的武警向“追查国际”举报，王立军下了死命令对法轮功学员“必须赶尽杀绝”。
锦州武警：“不打任何麻药，手术刀在胸脯，一刀下去，血是喷溅出来的。那个女人就嗷..大叫一声，说法轮大法好。这个人身份是一个老师啊，在这之前，她受过的羞辱更大。我们的民警有不少就是变态的那种，给她进行，用钳子、用窥视器，对她进行属于是猥亵，她长的有点姿色，比较漂亮，对她进行强暴……，当时王立军，现在的重庆公安局长，下死命令‘必须斩尽杀绝’。”
“追查国际”负责人汪志远透露，薄熙来在辽宁大连任市长期间，大连市系统性的对法轮功学员进行非法抓捕、关押、毒打、电击及性虐待。
汪志远：“从活摘器官的调查看来，他们多数涉嫌使用法轮功学员， 进行这方面的试验的， 或者心理研究，从他们现在的报导和证据证明，他们是对试验对像活摘器官和注射药物，猝死过程中，对这些对像进行心理学的、生理学、病理学各方面的观察。”
沈阳知情人张天意叙述，2003年5月，军方特务要带走几名法轮功学员去王立军管辖的铁岭市，一些学员被直接丢进狮子和老虎笼子里，让猛兽吞食活体而以此取乐寻求剌激，他还说，至少有五千名法轮功学员失踪，下落不明。
汪志远还表示，薄熙来到重庆后，重庆迫害法轮功急速加重，2008年，薄熙来把王立军从锦州空降到重庆担任公安局长，重庆市法轮大法学员被非法抓捕的数量急剧增多，王立军还指示重庆警局要加快“无创伤解剖”的实践应用，也就是活体摘除器官和移植实践。
资深法学专家赵远明指出，王立军只是薄熙来使用的工具，薄熙来才是首犯。
赵远明：“公安、检察系统、法院系统对法轮功的迫害，作为薄熙来也好，作为中共的其他官员也好，只要是在你管辖的范围之内，在你担任的这个时期，出现所有的迫害行为，你都要负责，法理上讲，因为这种有组织的犯罪，它是集团性质的，不是某一个人的，只有上面首肯了、认可了或者默许了，底下的人才可能去做。”
加拿大前亚太司司长、资深国会议员大卫•乔高在“关于中共活摘器官的调查报告”中写道，据我们的女证人说，薄熙来在辽宁任职期间，有两千名法轮功学员的眼角膜被手术摘取。
2004年，加拿大皇家骑警将45名迫害法轮功的中共高官列入监视名单，可以拒绝他们进入加拿大、遣返或起诉等，名单中就有薄熙来。
2010年3月16号，美国国会以412票赞成、一票反对的绝对优势通过了第605号决议案，要求立即结束中共对法轮功学员的迫害、胁迫、监禁及酷刑折磨，释放所有被关押的法轮功学员。
“追查国际”呼吁，世界人权组织和中共政府在调查薄熙来、王立军的罪行中，应该把他们犯下的人类所不能容忍的活摘人体器官等酷刑罪放在重要位置。

Bo Xilai’s Biggest Injustice
With the end of Bo Xilai’s official career, people are calling
for vindication of the injustice committed by him.
According to data, the biggest injustice of Bo is his
bloody debts in the persecution of Falun Gong, since 1999.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) provides such evidences.
They show that Bo’s regions were where Falun Gong was
persecuted most severely, with the highest death rates.
Before loosing power due to his persecution of Falun Gong,
Bo has been a suspect of “genocide" and “crime of torture."
He had been charged with criminal and civil lawsuits
in 12 countries around the world.
In Australia, in Bo’s absence, the Australian High Court
adjudicated that Falun Gong won in the first instance.
WOIPFG’ investigation records show that during Bo’s service
as a governor of Liaoning, Liaoning became the hardest hit area in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Published and confirmed by Minghui Net, the death figure
of Falun Gong practitioners persecuted to death is 406.
In Liaoning, at Masanjia’ and Dalian’ forced labor camps
Falun Gong practitioners were tortured particularly severely.
The first concentration camp, exposed to harvesting organs
of Falun Gong followers was in Sujiatun, Jinzhou, Liaoning.
Bo’s ‘right hand’, Wang Lijun is known to have received
an award for his so-called ‘organ research’ in Liaoning too.
WOIPFG received a report from an armed security guard
at the organ harvesting site in Jinzhou, Liaoning.
According to the report, Wang Lijun issued an order,
that Falun Gong practitioners “must all be eradicated.”
Security guard (Jinzhou): “No anesthetics were used. They
cut her chest with a surgical knife and the blood gushed out.
Then she shouted loudly “Ah!” and “Falun Dafa is great.”
The lady’s status was a teacher.
Prior to this, she suffered even a greater humiliation.
Many of our policemen were perverted. They were using
pincers and spy devices, conducting obsceneness to her.
She had some good looks, relatively beautiful,
(so the policemen) were raping her.
At that time, Wang Lijun, chief of Chongqing Public Security
Bureau, gave us the order, they “must all be eradicated.”
Wang Zhiyuan, WOIPFG’ personnel, disclosed information
regarding Bo’s service as a mayor of Dalian, Liaoning.
At that time, Dalian’s policemen systematically carried out
illegal arrest, detentions, brutal beatings, electric shocks and sexual abuses to Falun Gong practitioners.
Wang Zhiyuan: “The organ harvesting investigation showed,
that most of them are suspected of using Falun Gong practitioners to carry out test or psychological research.
As seen from their reports and proofs, they have applied
organ harvesting and medicine injections to the victims.
In the sudden death’ process, all aspects of the victims’
reactions were observed – psychological, physiological, pathological, etc."
Zhang Tianyi, a Shenyang insider, said that in May 2003,
military spies took away a group of Falun Gong followers.
They were taken to Tieling City,
where Wang Lijun was in charge.
They were directly thrown into lions’ and tigers’ cages,
for the wild beasts to devour the living persons.
A policemen made fun of the scene and sought
stimulation from it, shared the insider.
Zhang Tianyi also said that at least 5,000 Falun Gong
practitioners had gone missing, with unknown whereabouts.
Wang Zhiyuan stated that after Bo came to Chongqing,
Falun Gong’s persecution got more severe rapidly.
In 2008, Bo invited Wang Lijun from Jinzhou to Chongqing
to serve as a head of the Public Security Bureau.
The number of arrested Falun Dafa practitioners
in Chongqing City increased sharply.
Wang Lijun also instructed Chongqing’s police to speed up
“the practical application of non-invasive anatomical," live organ harvesting and transplantation practice that is.
Senior legal expert Zhao Yuanming pointed out
that Wang Lijun was only a tool used by Bo. Bo is the culprit.
Zhao Yuanming: “Falun Gong practitioners are persecuted
by public security, procuratorate and law court systems.
No matter Bo or other CCP’s officials, as long as they are
within your jurisdiction and in your office period, you are responsible for all the persecutions.
This is from the perspective of legal principle, as this kind
of organized crime is not of individual but of a group nature.
What was approved, endorsed or acquiesced above,
made possible what was done by the persons below."
David Kilgour, Canadian former secretary for Asia-Pacific,
and a senior member of Congress, and David Matas, a human rights lawyer, wrote a report, “Bloody Harvest.”
The report provides more than 30 types of evidences
of organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
According to female witnesses, during Bo’s service
in Liaoning, 2000 Falun Gong practitioners’ corneas were surgically removed.
In 2004, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police included in the
watch list 45 high CCP officials, persecuting Falun Gong.
Canada may refuse them entry to Canada, or carry out
repatriation or prosecution for them. Bo is in the watch list.
On March 16, 2010, the US Congress passed Resolution 605,
with 412 votes in favor and 1 vote against.
The Resolution asks CCP to immediately stop persecution,
intimidation, imprisonment and torture to Falun Gong practitioners, and release all detained Falun Gong practitioners.
WOIPFG appeals to international human rights organizations
and the CCP government to investigate Bo and Wang Lijun.
Their crimes of harvesting human organs should be given
the important position they deserve, as they cannot be tolerated by the humanity.
