【新唐人2012年5月2日讯】由王立军事件引发的骨牌效应不断发酵，中共黑幕也在不断揭开。几天前有内部人士向本台爆料，薄熙来拉拢军方，曾经策划在北京发动政变。与此同时， 5月1号传出，中共高层已经达成四点共识，将在18大宣布重大决定，中国从此走向民主道路。
北京消息人士向《大纪元时报》透露，中共中央政治局核心领导人已经达成四点共识，将在18大宣布重大决定，中国从此走向民主道路，主要内容包括：组成各界人士参与组成新宪法筹备委员会、宣布中共历史使命已经完成、平反“六‧四”和“法轮功”、实现军队国家化等。
时事评论家李天笑博士认为，这是中共体制内一些正义之士顺应天意和民心的举措，同时也是保全自己及亲人性命的必然行为。
李天笑：“这个消息的大环境已经存在了，现在中共政权受到四方面的夹攻，比方说现在党内‘非血债派’对‘血债派’的清算这么一种趋势，这个很明显，第二个国际社会已经卷入，现在陈光诚事件，美国社会，也加入到国际社会对中共政法委施压的阵营当中来，第三个是民众的呼声，实际上陈光诚事件表达的是民众长期以来受中共的迫害，不愿在忍受下去，站起来向中共说不，第四个是近八年以来汹涌澎湃的退党大潮，正在从内部瓦解中共，已经到了改朝换代的时刻了。”
李天笑表示，胡温要抓住机遇，否则“当断不断，反受其乱。”
几天前，消息人士向《新唐人》爆料，薄熙来为染指权力顶峰，曾经策划过拉拢并收买兰州军区(尤其是兰州军区空军)的阴谋。
兰州空军有中共解放军新组建的第三个远程轰炸机部队(面向印度与中亚)﹔另外两个轰炸机师分别驻扎在安徽(面向东海)和湖南(面向南海)。
消息人士还说，黄奇帆，王立军在接受调查时，都交代过薄熙来的政变阴谋。薄说他已经掌握至少两个集团军，将来能打进北京。
而熟悉重庆情况的人士也曝料说，重庆近两年不停的在九龙坡区、大渡口区及南岸区修建地下军事工程。
大陆法学专家赵远明说，薄熙来知道王立军掌握了他的一切罪行，在两会期间不仅没有收敛，还一反常态的猖狂，就是因为他掌握了相当实力的军事力量。
赵远明：“他在两会期间依然这么猖狂，实际他在试探，如果这个时候胡温没有什么作为的话，他可能两会之后，就会提出某种非分要求，如果你不能满足他，他可能就要发动军事上的政变。”
据《大纪元》报导，2月12号傍晚，重庆市主城区上空曾出现巨大的飞机轰鸣声，声音一组一组自西向东掠过，持续了约一小时。
赵远民认为，是薄熙来在做最后的准备、协调和预演。
不过这位消息人士透露，中央军委对薄熙来的政变野心似乎早有觉察，已经做了相应的军事调动和防范。

NEW: CCP High-Level Agreed On Democracy?
The Wang Lijun event triggered a domino effect, exposing
inside details of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Since Bo Xilai’s recent removal, there have been constant
rumors about his collusion with Zhou Yongkang on a coup.
It is said they planned to imprison Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao,
and remove Xi Jinping.
Days ago, insiders revealed to NTD
that Bo had taken control of two army groups.
Bo attempted to get the Lanzhou Military Region,
and would bomb Beijing when necessary.
In addition, there is new information that CCP high-level
had reached consensus to announce at the 18th Congress:
China will take the path of democracy.
A Beijing source spoke to Epoch Times, revealing news
about Political Bureau Central Committee leaders.
The source shared that core CCP leaders reached consensus
on four points, to be announced during the 18th Congress.
China would then take the path to democracy.
Main contents are, representatives from all sectors to partake
in the formation of a new constitution preparatory committee;
announce that CCP’s historical mission is complete;
rehabilitate June 4th victims and Falun Gong;
and nationalize the military.
International Affairs expert Dr Li Tianxiao thinks the news
published by Epoch Times is the biggest of this century.
Dr Li added that it’s also the most encouraging news,
since CCP took power 60 years ago.
It means that the CCP dictatorship in China will end.
Democracy will start in China.
Dr Li said this is the initiative of some righteous people
in the CCP system.
He believes that this behavior is inevitable, as it involves
the lives of themselves and their loved ones.
Dr Li Tianxiao: “The environment for this already exists.
At present, the CCP regime is under attack on all sides.
First, within the CCP there is the trend
of the “Non-blood Group" to punish the “Blood Group.”
Second, the international community is involved.
During the Chen Guangcheng event, US joined in pressuring
CCP’s Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs.
Third, the voice of the people. The Chen Guangcheng event
is the expression of people who stood up to say no, after years of CCP’s persecution.
The fourth is the grand tide of “Quitting the CCP,”
which has caused the collapse of the CCP from within. It is time to change the dynasty.”
Dr Li expressed that Hu and Wen should take this opportunity,
otherwise they will find themselves in trouble.
Days ago, insiders revealed to NTD that Bo Xilai planned
to buy the Lanzhou Military Region, especially its air force.
Lanzhou Airforce has the third long-distance bomber
force, recently formed to target India and Middle Asia.
The other two bomber forces are located in Anhui and Hunan,
targeting East China Sea and South China Sea respectively.
Insiders also comment that Huang Qifan and Wang Lijun both
confessed to Bo’s scheme for a coup when being investigated.
Bo once claimed that he has control over
at least two army forces, and can attack Beijing in the future.
An insider who is familiar with Chongqing commented that
underground military constructions were being built in recent years at Jiulongpo, Daduko and Nanan Districts.
China legal expert, Zhao Yuanming,
said that Bo knows Wang is aware of all his crimes.
He did not keep a low profile, and was very arrogant
during the Two Sessions, because he gained military strength.
Zhao Yuanming: “He was very arrogant
during the Two Sessions. He was testing.
If Hu and Wen did not do anything, he might demand
something unreasonable afterwards and start a military coup.
According to Epoch Times, loud noises of airplane
engines were heard over the sky of Chongqing on February 12.
The noise came from the west and lasted about one hour.
Zhao Yuanmin thinks it was Bo’s last attempt for preparation.
But an insider revealed that the CCP Military Committee
found out about Bo’s plan, and acted accordingly.
