【禁闻】苹果公司为何向中国消费者道歉﹖

【新唐人2013年04月03日讯】针对中国大陆官方媒体指责“美国苹果公司售后服务差”一事,苹果公司总裁蒂姆•库克4月1号向中国消费者表示歉意,他承诺改进维修服务。有什么原因,让这家全球最受欢迎的电子产品公司,向中国的消费者道歉呢﹖请看我们的分析报导。

蒂姆•库克在道歉信中说:“与顾客沟通不足而导致外界认为苹果公司态度傲慢,对于由此给消费者带来的任何顾虑或误会,我们表示诚挚的歉意。”信中承诺了四项重大调整。

有网友戏称这是“年度最佳道歉奖”,是苹果公司送给CCTV的愚人节礼物!

而北京时政观察人士华颇分析,苹果公司是被迫道歉。因为中国已经是苹果公司第二大,也是增长最快的市场。

北京时政观察人士华颇:“苹果虽然是国际著名品牌,但是在中国做买卖,后台是最重要的,像某些大的事件,大的公司,因为有后台,就不会被中国的这些媒体进行追杀。”

自从《中央电视台》3.15晚会,点名批评苹果公司售后服务“中外有别”,涉嫌歧视中国消费者后,《央视》和《人民日报》等官方媒体对苹果公司进行了连番轰炸。《人民日报》更是连续5天“咬着苹果”不放,给“苹果”扣上贪婪和“无与伦比的傲慢”等帽子。最新的“指令”则是要求苹果公司,接受中国消费者保护机构的“严厉监管”。

原《河北人民广播电台》编辑朱欣欣认为,中共媒体目前放着民众关注的雾霾、奶粉、黄浦江死猪等问题不去追踪报导,却和“苹果”较劲,是别有用心。

原《河北人民广播电台》编辑 朱欣欣:“实际上它们是在利用这个事件,来煽动对美国或西方民主国家的一种仇视,媒体往往是把一个小事情放大以后,和其他的一些人们的思想意识联系起来,不是就事论事,往往利用这个做一些政治文章,这是中共媒体一贯的作法。”

大陆自由撰稿人刘逸明指出,如果苹果公司在售后服务方面“中外有别”,那也是中共监管部门的责任。

大陆自由撰稿人刘逸明:“苹果在美国肯定是很顶尖的,服务也是做的挺好,但是为什么到中国来了,它就一方面让中国的消费者不满意?实际上我觉得跟中国监管部门的不利有关系,因为中国的监管部门在得到好处的情况下,可能都会允许下面的企业,干一些没有按照法律规定干的事情。”

华颇表示,单看中共的媒体屡次三番的“围剿苹果”,“死咬着苹果”不放,就让人觉得奇怪。

华颇:“央视和人民日报都上纲上线的提到了民主尊严的问题,觉得苹果是对中国人民的歧视,其实苹果公司是美国的公司,是全球著名的品牌,中共是要有力的敲打一下,因为美国现在对中国许多送往美国的产品进行了双反调查,在关税上进行了处罚,所以中国对此很恼火。”

美国《华尔街日报》分析中共当局还有另外一个意图,就是,中共试图损坏或削弱“苹果”的形象,以便为国内手机厂商的发展铺平道路。

报导认为,拥有7.1亿用户的全球最大电信运营商——中国移动,也能够从“打压苹果”中受益。据报导,为了让“苹果”向“中国移动”提供下一代iPhone的具体条款达成一致,双方已经争执了数个月。而拥有iPhone可以令“中国移动”如虎添翼。《华尔街日报》分析说,“中国移动”需要“苹果”。

但有网民指出,中共整“苹果”,是因为苹果手机提供自由上网服务,可以自由浏览国外网站,令中共的防火墙技术完全失效。

不过,华颇分析,中共当局不可能把“苹果”赶出中国,因为,苹果公司提供了大量的工作机会给中国劳工,如果“苹果”撤出中国,会使许多人失业。

Why Did Apple Send Apologies To Chinese Consumers?

On April 1st, Apple chief executive Tim Cook apologized to
Chinese consumers after China’s state-run media criticized
Apple’s after-sales policies.
Cook said the repair service in China would be improved.

What’s the reason that made Apple, the most favorite
electronic products company, apologize to Chinese customers?
Let’s take a look.

Tim Cook’s apology statement said: “Because of insufficient
communication, the public feel that Apple’s attitude is arrogant.
So for any concern and misunderstanding passed onto the
consumer, we express our sincere apologies.”
The statement outlined four major adjustments for
repair policies in China.

Netizens said this was the best apology letter of the year.

It is an April Fool gift from Apple to
China Central Television (CCTV)

Hua Po, Beijing Current Affairs Observer analyzed that
Apple was forced to apologize.
It is because China is Apple’s second-largest and
fastest-growing market.

Hua Po: “Although Apple is a famous brand, when doing
business in China, the background is the most important.
With some major events, big companies, due to having a
strong background, the media won’t criticize.”

CCTV criticized Apple on a show on March 13th saying Apple’s
repair policies contain discrimination to the Chinese people.
CCTV itself, People’s Daily and others state-run media
constantly criticized.
People’s Daily took bites from Apple for five consecutive
days assaulting Apple’s greed and incomparable arrogance.
The CCP media’s latest requirement asked Apple to accept
China Consumer’s Association’s “strict supervision”.

Zhu Xinxin, editor in Hebei People’s Radio believes that

the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media lets alone its
own problems ie. smog, poisoned milk powder, dead pigs,
but to attack Apple, they had a special purpose.

Zhu Xinxin: “Actually, the CCP is using the incident to
incite hatred towards the US and western democratic countries.
CCP media usually enlarges a small event first,
then links it with people’s ideology.
It won’t talk about the actual incident, but uses it as a
political means; this is the CCP’s common practice.”

Liu Yiming, independence writer in Mainland China said

even if Apple made different after-sales policies in China
previously comparing to the foreign countries, that is CCP regulatory responsibilities.

Liu Yiming: “Apple is certainly the very best in the US
with good service.
However, why in China, are the Chinese
consumers dissatisfied?
Actually, I think it relates to China’s poor
supervision systems.
Often, when CCP supervision departments gain the interests,
they will allow companies to do things beyond the law.”

Hua Po said that just by looking at the CCP’s media constantly
attacking Apple, their behaviors made people wonder.

Hua Po: “The CCTV and People’s Daily both mentioned
national dignity.
It said that Apple discriminated against the Chinese people.

In fact, Apple is a US company with a well-known brand,
so the CCP wants to attack it badly.
Currently, the US is investigating many products coming
from China, and insiting on import duty.
This has made the CCP very angry.”

The Wall Street Journal analyzed that
the CCP has another intention.
The CCP attempted to damage Apple’s image to pave the way
for the development of its own mobile phone companies.

The report said 710 million users of the world’s largest telecom
company, China Mobile Ltd will benefit from the Apple attack.
Sources said in order to force Apple to provide the iPhone’s
new detailed regulations, both sides argued for several months.
To own iPhones can make China Mobile grow even stronger.
The Wall Street Journal said that China Mobile needs Apple.

Some netizens said that the CCP attacks Apple,
as Apple provides free internet services.
It can search overseas’ websites which the
Great Wall firewall can’t completely block out.

Hua Po analyzed that the CCP authorities can’t
throw Apple out of China.
Apple provided great work opportunities in China.
If Apple leaves China, many people will lose their jobs.
