【新唐人2013年05月20日讯】大陆官媒近期连续抛出三大案件，在舆论方面显得放开一点，但是，这三桩案件的背后，都指向中共前党魁江泽民参与其中。而三案同一时间被抛出来，是否有推手操作？能不能撼动江泽民等“大老虎”？请看专家的解读。
江泽民的“财务大管家”—-原国家能源局局长刘铁男，最近涉嫌“严重违纪”，被中纪委调查；而被江泽民高价收买、力捧为所谓“国际大导演”的张艺谋，“三妻七子”的实际糜烂生活状态，也被官媒大肆宣传；另外，19年前的“清华女学生朱令案”也重新浮出水面，多方指证：嫌疑犯的后台很硬，当年干预此案的幕后中央高层就是江泽民。
刘铁男被调查，恐怕截断了江派的敛财渠道；而张艺谋的丑闻，对那些为江泽民站台的大陆艺术界人士，似乎是在发出警告。另外，“朱令案”的真凶呼之欲出，江泽民这个后台似乎已经快要靠不住了。
独立评论员邢天行：“从目前来看，江派对中共局面的控制已经不行了，反过来讲，民间要追查事实原因， 中共内部也有一股力量，不希望为他历史上这些东西去背黑锅，正好藉这个机会去追究这些事情，在舆论方面放开一点，也显示出他们在某种程度上的一种进步啦。”
时政评论员林子旭：“张艺谋、刘铁男及朱令案，被几乎同一个时间抛出来，这背后一定有一个强大的推手在操作，到现在为止，中共内部的分裂已经完全公开化了，拿下这些人对江泽民能有一定的震慑作用，但还是没有触到实质，这说明要保住中共这个体制，还是当前他们无法逾越的底线，这样江泽民、周永康这样的大老虎还是打不动，就连薄熙来的问题也只能是一拖再拖。”
独立评论员邢天行指出，目前媒体炒作出来的“张艺谋三妻七子”及刘铁男事件，并不代表中共当局敢触及计划生育等国策问题，以及中共体制的腐败。邢天行提醒，要小心当局以揭露个人问题的方式，回避前期打雷不下雨的“劳教问题”、以及“马三家劳教所”所暴露出来的酷刑黑幕等问题。
邢天行：“江泽民的直接犯罪行为，从中国法律的角度看，是他在镇压法轮功的过程中， 他完全是违法的、违宪的，而且他做的那些手段极其恶劣，震惊世界的，包括活摘法轮功学员器官，这些事情和他直接相连，这些事情能不能直接查出来，当然能，从现在发生的一些案件，包括薄熙来案件，直接就能通到江泽民身上去。”
邢天行警告，“小骂大帮忙”是中共当局在国际上惯用的伎俩。民众在中共变换着花样的舆论炒作中，甚至可能产生中共在改良的幻觉。”
邢天行：“民间正义的力量在成长，如果再像以前那样完全的封杀，那就是更加加速了中共现政权的死亡过程，所以他们也适当的开放一下，等于是给老百姓一个泄泄气的口子。那么未来的发展是不是能够达到预期的希望，我觉得民众对于中共的政权本身应该有一个清醒的认识，不要觉得在舆论上暂时放开了，就盲目的乐观。”
那么，虽然在民众寻求真相的呼声越来越高涨的情况下，中共当局顺势在舆论上松开一道口子，一来可能显示和前任的不同；二来，可以和血债累累的江派划清界线，避免背上黑锅，可是，中共领导人如果维持中共独裁统治的愿望一以贯之，则将成为撼动江泽民等“大老虎”的绊脚石。
据了解，江泽民家族控制着中国的电信行业，江的大儿子江绵恒创办“中国网通”等公司，已成为中国的“电信大王”；而中共前政法委书记周永康是石油帮出身，曾在石油部门任职38年。周永康等江家帮瓜分的这些国家重要行业，都归属于国家能源局，而前国家能源局局长张国宝、刘铁男，正是替江家帮把持能源业的看护人。

point to former leader Jiang Zemin.
Who is the pushing hand behind these exposures?
Will these three cases really shake tiger Jiang?
The following is our experts’ analysis.
Jiang Zemin’s finance keeper, also former
National Energy Secretary Liu Tienan,
was recently arrested and investigated for
“serious violations of discipline"
by the Central Discipline Inspection Commission;
Zhang Yimou, touted as “International Director" by Jiang Zemin
was recently reported to have three wives and seven sons;
the case of Zhu Ling, a Tsinghua University female student
who was poisoned 19 years ago has recently resurfaced.
Evidence points to Jiang Zemin who had intervened in the case
Because of the suspect’s strong family political background.
Jiang’s money making channels are most likely
cut off with Liu Tienan’s arrest;
Exposure of Zhang Yimou’s scandal serves to warn the Chinese
entertainment community, who are on Jiang Zemin’s side;
the fact that the identity of the suspect in the Zhu Ling case
is soon to be revealed seems to signal Jiang’s fate.
Independent commentator, Xing Tianxin:
“Judging from the current situation, Jiang’s faction no longer controls the regime.
People want to know the facts and the regime has also
refused to be the scapegoat for Jiang’s criminal history.
Such openness in public opinion might deceive the public
that the regime is making progress toward reform."
Current affairs commentator Lin Zixu: “Zhang Yimou, Liu Tienan
and Zhu Ling’s case were reported at almost the same time.
There must be a strong pushing hand behind the operation.
The internal division of the Communist regime
is now completely open.
The downfall of these people will serve as a blow
against Jiang but will not touch core issues.
This shows that maintaining the Communist system
continues to be the bottom line, which cannot be exceeded.
Tigers such as Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang still can’t
be touched. Even the Bo Xilai case will drag on.”
Independent commentator Xing Tianxin has pointed out that
the media’s report about Zhang Yimou’s three wives and
seven sons and Liu Tienan’s case does not mean the regime
will tackle such national issues as family planning and corruption.
Xing Tainxin suspects the regime is avoiding fundamental
issues such as labor camps and
the cruel torture conducted in Masanjia Labor Camp
by exposing these few individual cases.
Xing Tianxin: “Jiang Zemin’s crime, according to Chinese law,
is that his persecution of Falun Gong is illegal and unconstitutional.
His extreme cruelty in the persecution, including the
live organ harvesting of practitioners, has shocked the world.
Jiang’s direct connection to and the persecution can certainly
be confirmed.
Several cases, such as that of Bo Xilai
can also be directly linked to Jiang Zemin."
Xing Tianxin warned that “a little criticism to save the regime”
has been a usual tactic the Communist regime has employed in the international arena.
Do not be deceived by a few public opinion exposures
and think that the Communist regime has improved.
”
Xing Tianxin: “A sense of civil justice is growing in China.
A complete shut-off will only speed up the fall of the regime.
A little openness helps the public to vent a little frustration.
Does that mean the future will develop into what’s expected?
I hope the people have already clearly understood that a little,
measured and only temporary openness, does not deserve the people’s optimism.”
Under the increasing demand of the people for the truth,
a little openness in the media could make the difference for the leadership,
or simply a clear line drawn to avoid any responsibility
for Jiang’s blood- debt gang.
However, with the intention of maintaining Party dictatorship,
it will only block any effort to shake Jiang Zemin.
Jiang Zemin’s family is known to control
the telecommunications industry in China.
His eldest son, Jiang Mianheng, founder of China Netcom,
has become China’s telecommunications magnate;
former Communist Party Politics and Law Committee secretary
Zhou Yongkang worked in the oil sector for 38 years.
All important national industries that belong to the National
Energy Board, have been controlled by Jiang’s faction.
Zhang Guobao and Liu Tienan were both former directors
of the National Energy Board and were the guards of the energy industry on behalf of Jiang’s faction.
