Sun Dawu: Zhou Yongkang Is Similar To A Mafia Boss

Recently, Liu Han, a tycoon in Sichuan has been
prosecuted by procuratorial organs.
His case made another case of eight years ago float up,
it was Liaoning tycoon Yuan Baojing’s death sentence.
Liu’s case is also said to have a connection with Zhou Yongkang,
a former head of public security, who is reportedly placed
under investigation on corruption.
Sun Dawu, an entrepreneur in Hebei told NTD Television that
Zhou Yongkang should receive the heaviest punishment as he is
similar to a mafia boss.

Sun Dawu, founder of Dawu Agricultural and Pastoral Group
in Hebei published an article on iceo.com.cn.
He reveals the inside story about enmity
between Liu Han and Yuan Baojing.

Liu Han, 48, has 40 billion yuan ($6.53 billion) in assets.
He is a well-known tycoon in Sichuan.
Liu is allegedly suspected of organizing, leading and
participating in gang society.
He also faces a lawsuit for intentional murder and
21 other allegations.
Yuan Baojing, the former president of Beijing Jianhao Group
once known as “Beijing’s Li Ka-shing", was the first billionaire
sentenced to death in recent years.

On March 17, 2006, 40-year-old Yuan was executed
by lethal injection in his hometown Shenyang.
His two brothers Yuan Baoqi and Yuan Baosen were also
executed as accomplices for having a man killed.

Yuan Baojing, worth 50 billion yuan, was said to have
a powerful background.
Sun Dawu says that generally, if one kills someone and
has to pay back with his own life that is enough.
Why were three of them executed?

Yuan Baojing once donated 40% of his share of an oil
company in Indonesia, which worth of 50 billion yuan,
he hoped it would reduce his sentence, however, it didn’t work.

Sun Dawu: “Without a strong and powerful background,
how have three people been executed in Yuan Baosheng’s case?
The observers believe that many truths
haven’t been publicized.
People knew that there were some tricky issues in the case."

Sun points out that Yuan’s death is because of Liu Han.
Liu has a close connection with mystery businessman Zhou Bin.
Zhou Bin’s father was a then minister of public
security and member of the standing committee.
Thus Liu Han had the might to retaliate.

On March 5, Sun Dawu told NTD that Zhou Bin’s father was
the former secretary of the Central Political and Law Affairs
Committee (PLAC).

Recently the Beijing News reported that Liu Han
knew Zhou Bin in 2001.
An insider claims that Zhou Bin started investment
in Sichuan around 2002.
Liu Han had purchased Zhou Bin’s projects at a high price.
His act was said to “maintain the relationship".

Sun Dawu says that Liu Han was prosecuted, which has
a connection with Zhou Yongkang’s case.
Sun says that if the higher up didn’t fall,
Liu wouldn’t have such troubles.
Analysts say that Liu’s lawsuits will increase Zhou Yongkang’s
crimes of involvement with gangs.

Sun Dawu: “If Zhou Yongkang was involved in mafia groups,
he should be treated as a head of gang to be punished.
He should be given the heaviest punishment.
This group has caused serious damage, someone
should take the responsibility.
The person who takes the biggest responsibility would
be the one that directly or indirectly committed crimes.
This person should pay the bill.
Even if the system has problems,
he still needs to take the responsibility."

Sun says that being a secretary of PLAC, Zhou Yongkang
had involvement in the mafia,
he was using his power for his personal gain,
he must be investigated and punished.

Sun Dawu: “If we don’t investigate the details and the causes,
it is hard to convince the public.
No matter how to deal with Liu Han, we must pursue
the investigation of what is behind Liu Bin’s case.
Without implementation of the investigation,
the hidden problem will remain."

Sun says that apart from collaborating with Liu Han,
Zhou Yongkang has many ties with gangs.
If the high level has the determination,
they should investigate to the end.

Sun Dawu, known as a remarkable farmer entrepreneur, has
over 2,000 employees and more than 200 management staff.
Sun often gives lectures to them.

Sun says that to run a business, one must earn clean money,
dirty money isn’t real money, but is a ghost that’s chasing one’s life.
Sun delivered speeches at Peking University, he said that there
are eight “mountains" affecting the development of the rural areas.

In 2003, Sun was accused of “illegal withdrawing public
deposits" and was arrested.
He was sentenced to three years’ jail and
suspension for four years.
He paid a fine of 100,000 yuan ($16,000).
He says he was charged because of his speeches.
