【新唐人2014年05月31日讯】中共“六四屠城”25周年来临前夕，北京风声鹤唳、草木皆兵，全市繁华场所及敏感地区等，启动了一级超常“维稳”，全市192个进京路口有专人值班守卫，地铁安检执行机场标准，每天85万人上街“维稳”，10万人收集涉恐信息，警航总队24小时保持临战状态并动用直升机巡逻。评论认为，中共知道自己崩溃在即，惶惶不可终日，故意制造恐慌来加强“维稳”力度。
大陆媒体报导说，5月30号起，北京全市启动了社会面二级“维稳”等级，其中重点部位、繁华场所及敏感地区等地，更是启动了一级超常态“维稳”等级。
全市192个进京路口都有人值班看守，地铁安检执行机场标准，进京车辆逢车必查，31条公交线路配备乘务安全员，85万人走上街头巡逻。10万人“卧底”搜集涉恐情报，街头修鞋匠、报亭员发现可疑情况都会在第一时间上报。并且将按线索等级给予奖励。
此外，北京警方还建立了立体化“反恐”体系，警航总队24小时保持临战状态，投入5架警用直升机巡逻。同时，北京警方还举行了多次不同规模和范围的“反恐”演练。
北京民主人士李金成指出，中共很清楚它要崩溃了，所以特别害怕，故意制造恐慌，然后藉反恐之名加强“维稳”力度。
北京民主人士李金成：“它们（中共）现在很清楚，它们所谓的政权要垮台，所以它们现在就做了各种预案，用更加残酷的手段来对付反对它独裁暴政的人士。所以说他们现在已到了丧心病狂的地步了，并且它们现在蒙骗了很多不明真相的群众。”
李金成说，近几天，北京的各个路口，各个立交桥底下，以及各公交车上，军警特工全出动了，还有一些民兵和带红袖章的中老年人。
李金成：“我跟他聊了聊，我说你怎么来干这个，他说我没办法，因为啥？他说我退休工资它们控制着，我不出来，它们工资不给我，逼迫他们上街，一些老头、老太太，他们气的没办法，说我不出来不行，我不出来工资不给我，为了活命不得不出来。”
北京维权人士胡佳指出，北京是中国安保最严的城市，但发动80多万人上街“维稳”，还是挺罕见。
北京维权人士胡佳：“现在来讲它们风声鹤唳，草木皆兵这种状态的话，不是因为暴力恐怖，而是马上要到来的六四25周年，25年前那次屠城的话，已充份证明共产党的非法性了，就单独因为六四这一点的话，共产党下台10次都够。”
“六四事件”发生在1989年6月3号晚至4号凌晨，中共军队开坦克进京，对“天安门广场”上静坐抗议的学生开枪，进行所谓的“清场”，死伤人数无法估计。25年来，中共极力掩盖“天安门大屠杀”真相，并镇压民间的相关活动。
《中国维权动态》周刊第362期中指出，中共当局为阻止“六四”相关纪念活动顺利举行，对多位著名学者和活动人士采取了提前““维稳””的措施，近期更是抓捕、软禁和监控数十人。
胡佳分析，中共不怕暴力恐怖袭击，也不怕外来的战争，这些都撼动不了它的政权，真正对它形成挑战的是公民的觉醒，是那些要求走民主、法制、自由道路的运动。
胡佳：“现在来讲的话，它对证明它非法性的东西，当然要加大力度去掩盖，当它的那些宣传机器开动不了，无意被人接受的时候，它只好用震慑“维稳”，它才是真正的恐怖主义、国家恐怖主义。”
胡佳指出，中国最大的恐怖份子，不在民间、也不在新疆，而恰恰就在中南海，在国家安全委员会，在政法委，在这些所谓共产党的刀把子、枪杆子那里。

Beijing mobilizes 850 Thousand People To Maintain Stability in the Streets
With the approaching 25th anniversary of the June 4th
massacre, Beijing fears ambush at every tree and tuft of grass.
The extraordinary first level of stability maintenance is launched
in the busy streets and sensitive areas, with special guards in the
192 Beijing entrances; airport security standards in the subway;
850 thousand stability maintenance people on the streets per day; 100
thousand people collecting terrorism information per day; million
people collect information involving terrorism, Police Air Corps
on 24 hour alert and helicopters patrol.
It is commented that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
intentionally create fear and panic by enhancing stability maintenance
because of its imminent collapse.
It is said that since May 30, Beijing has launched secondary stability
maintenance level in the city.
There is extraordinary first level in the important places, busy
streets and sensitive areas, etc.
There are guards at the 192 entrances to Beijing.
They use airport security standards in the subway.
All cars need to be checked before entering Beijing.
There are safety officers in 31 lines of buses.
850 thousand people patrol the streets for stability maintenance.
100 thousand people including street cobblers and newspaper
sellers collect terrorism information like dinting and report
suspicious information immediately.
They will be rewarded according to the clue level.
In addition, the Beijing police also established a three-dimensional
anti-terrorism system: Police Air Corps remain on alert status 24
hours and five police helicopters patrol.
Meanwhile, the Beijing police also held several different size and
scope of anti-terrorism drills.
Beijing Democrat Li Jincheng pointed out that the CCP is very
clear on its collapse.
They are scared and deliberately create panic to strengthen
stability maintenance in the name of anti-terrorism.
Li Jincheng: They (CCP) are now clear that
their so-called regime will collapse, so they plan in variety
more brutal methods to deal with those people against its tyranny.
So they are frenzied and deceive a lot of people
who don´t know the truth."
Li Jincheng said there are police agents, spies, militias and
some middle aged and elderly people with red armbands
appearing at all intersections under the overpass and buses.
Li Jincheng:"I ask him why you are here?
He said his retirement salary is controlled by them; there will
be no salary if he doesn´t come out.
Some old people are angry and have to come out for a living.”
Beijing activist Hu Jia pointed out that Beijing is the most stringent
security city in China, so it´s rare to launch more than 800
thousand people to maintain stability on the streets.
Beijing activist Hu Jia:"Their panic status is not because of
violence and terrorism, but the 25th anniversary of the Tiananmen
massacre.
The CCP´s illegality was suffiently proved by the Tiananmen
massacre 25 years ago.
At this point, even 10 times CCP´s stepping down is not enough."
Tiananmen Incident occurred on June 3rd, 1989 to the 4th
late morning.
CCP army tanks entered Beijing and firedto clear out at sit-in students
who were protesting, resulting in uncounted deaths.
For 25 years, the CCP tried to hide the truth of the Tiananmen Massacre
and suppressed the related civil society activities.
China Human Rights News magazine 362 issue noted that the
CCP launched stability maintenance measures on several
well-known scholars and activists in advance to prevent the June
4thcommemoration being held successfully,
even arrested, house
arrested and monitored dozens of people recently.
Hu Jia analyzed, the CCP is not afraid of violent terrorism, nor w
ars because it won´t shake its regime.
The really challenge is people´s awakening and those movements that
request democracy, law and freedom of movement.
Hu Jia: “Now they try hard to hide those proofs of its illegality.
When its propaganda machine doesn´t work, they have to use
deterrents to maintain stability which means they are the real
terrorism, state terrorism. “
Hu Jia pointed out that China’s biggest terrorists are not civil,
nor in Xinjiang, but rather in Zhongnanhai, the National Security
Council, in the Politics and Law Committee, in the so-called CCP´s
knife butt and gun barrel.
