【新唐人2014年07月05日讯】香港“民间人权阵线”日前发起的“七一大游行”，上百万港人走上街头表达对北京收紧管控的不满。7月4号，香港警方以“妨碍警察执行职务”等罪名，拘捕5名“民阵”成员，公众怒斥中共制造白色恐怖，进行政治打压。而之前在香港“占中”预演行动中，被捕的511名示威者已获释，香港市民及组织团体纷纷在网上发起联署支持被捕的示威者。
4号上午，香港“民间人权阵线”的几十位成员，在立法会议员何秀兰的陪同下，前往位于湾仔的警察总部，抗议警务处拘捕参与组织“七一大游行”的“民阵”成员陈倩莹，和大会另一位司仪陈小萍。
随后，“民阵”召集人杨政贤和游行司仪洪晓娴，被警方以“违反不反对通知书条件”和“妨碍警察执行职务”拘捕；游行先导车的司机岑永根则被警方以在游行期间“停车没有熄火”被拘捕。
“民阵”发表声明怒斥香港政府不回应上街的香港市民，反而恼羞成怒，向游行组织者作出政治拘捕，事件是明显的政治打压，压制市民最温和表达诉求的方式。
杨政贤在网路社交平台“脸书”上和抗议现场表示，警方拘捕主办游行人员实属罕见，是制造白色恐怖，阻吓他们未来筹划其他游行活动。
香港资深评论员程翔：“我想它是在预演将来万一‘占中’的时候，会出现什么样的情况，这个警力调配够不够啊等等，我想它是在做这种预演，从北京的角度来说，它已经做好一切的准备，驻港部队都已经做好很多有关城市控制演习。”
3号，香港多家大专院校的40多名教师发表联署声明，表示以预演和平“占中”行动中的学生为荣，老师们呼吁中共和特区政府正视学生的诉求。而香港市民及组织团体，也分别在网上发起联署，支持被捕的示威者。
联署发起人之一“香港中文大学”副教授马岳说，3号下午就有5000多人加入了联署，仅学者就有300多人。
香港中文大学副教授马岳：“这样做是很好的和平理性的争取公益行动过程里边，表现出一个好崇高的精神，那所以我就觉得是应该去肯定这些年轻学生的这一方面的做法。”
不过，7月3号，香港有近40个团体成立所谓“保普选反占中大联盟”，计划7月底在全港举行签名活动，收集反对“占领中环”和支持2017年普选的签名。
香港立法会议员梁家杰：“我想都是共产党在搞群众斗争一个惯常的做法，发动群众打击‘占中’运动，我们只要坚持和平抗争，骂不还口，打不还手，那么我们就可以争取更多现场人的支持。”
日前，被称为香港“会计界四大”会计师事务所也发表声明，宣称“占中”运动危及香港的稳定。几天后，他们的众员工们在香港报纸刊登广告反击，“你老板的声明，不代表我的立场”。
香港特首梁振英3号出席立法会时，“泛民主派”议员手持争取“真普选”内容的纸牌集体离座抗议，他们要求梁振英回应“七一游行”与“普选”问题，还有议员向梁振英抛洒纸星星及扔玻璃杯。
梁振英在回答亲北京阵营议员提问时谈到“七一游行”，以及“占领中环预演行动”，他批评预演“是不必要的”，“是浪费警力”。
梁家杰指出，“占中”是公民不得已才采取的非暴力抗命办法，不是有些人一直在妖魔化的运动。
梁家杰：“他们是很和平，所以如果有人继续去抹黑‘占中’运动，他们就没有事实的基础了，因为这一次学生们做给大家看，和平占中的确是可以很和平的。”
美国国务院回应香港“七一游行”时表示，美国支持香港民主，并将继续与港人对话，美国相信，由全民普选产生的特首更有合法性。

Retaliation Against Hong Kong July 1 March Organizers
Hong Kong’s Civil Human Rights Front (CHRF) recently
launched a parade on July 1.
Millions of Hong Kong citizens took to the streets to express dissatisfaction with Beijing’s tightened control.
On July 4, the Hong Kong police arrested 5 CHRF members
on charges of obstructing police.
The public criticized the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s
manufacturing of terror for the purpose of political pressure.
The 511 arrested Occupy Central rehearsal protesters
have been released.
The public and community organizations have launched
a joint online campaign for the July 4 arrested protesters.
On the morning of July 4, dozens of CHRF members,
accompanied by Councilor Albert Ho, went to Wan Chai
police headquarters to protest the arrest of member
Chen Qianying and Master of Ceremonies Chen Xiaoping.
Later, CHRF convener Cherg-hsien Yang and parade Emcee
Hong Xiaoxian were arrested on charges of violating
a no-objection letter as well as hindering police.
The parade lead vehicle driver Cen Yonggen was arrested
on charges of idling.
CHRF issued a statement criticizing the Hong Kong
government’s lack of response to Hong Kongers
and the arrest of the parade organizer.
It’s an obvious political suppression to suppress
the fervent appeal by the people.
Cherg-hsien Yang said on Facebook and at the scene
that this was to create ‘a white terror.’
It’s rare for the police to arrest a parade organizer.
He believes this was to deter organizers
from planning a future parade.
Ching Cheong, Hong Kong senior commentator: “I think
they are preparing for the future Occupy Central.
This includes assessing the police presence.
I think it is a rehearsal.
From Beijing’s perspective, they are ready for everything
and the forces have done many city control exercises."
On July 3, 40 teachers from universities and colleges issued
a joint statement saying they are proud of the peaceful
Occupy Central rehearsal students.
The teachers called the CCP and the Special Administrative
Region (SAR) Government to confront students’ demands.
The people of Hong Kong and organizations also launched
joint signatory campaign to support arrested demonstrators.
One joint promoter, Associate Professor of the Chinese
University of Hong Kong Ma Ngok, said 5,000 people
signed including 300 scholars on the afternoon of July 3.
Ma Ngok: “I believe we should affirm the young students’
activity.
This peaceful and rational public welfare activity shows
noble spirit."
However, on July 3, nearly 40 organizations established
a league of so-called ‘protect the general election’
and ‘anti-Occupy Central.’
They planned to hold a signature campaign in Hong Kong
at the end of July.
The purpose is to collect anti-Occupy Central signatures
and support for the 2017 general election.
Hong Kong Legislative Councilor Alan Leong Kah-kit:
“I think it’s a common practice of the Communist Party
to launch the masses to fight against the Occupy Central
movement.
We can get more people’s support at the scene as long as we
insist on peaceful protest with no fighting or shouting back."
Recently, the well known big four audit firms issued
a statement claiming the Occupy Central movement threatens
Hong Kong’s stability.
A few days later, their employees published newspaper ads
to proclaim “our boss’s stance does not represent ours."
Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying participated
in the July 3rd Legislative Council.
The pan-democratic members held a genuine universal
suffrage card and collectively left their seats to protest.
They asked Mr Leung to respond to the July Parade
and universal suffrage issue.
Some councilors threw paper stars and glasses to Leung
Chun-ying.
Leung Chun-ying mentioned the July Parade and Occupy
Central rehearsal in answering Beijing councilor’s questions.
He criticized the rehearsal as unnecessary
and a waste of police manpower."
Alan Leong Kah-kit pointed out that Occupy Central
is a forced non-violent civil disobedience by citizens.
It is not the movement being demonized by some people.
Alan Leong Kah-kit: “They are very peaceful.
So if someone continues to discredit the Occupy Central
movement, they have no factual basis.
This time, the students showed everyone that the Occupy
Central can be very peaceful indeed."
The U.S. State Department responded to Hong Kong’s
July parade.
The U.S. supports democracy in Hong Kong and will
continue dialogue with the Hong Kong people, it said.
The U.S. believes that the Chief Executive elected
by universal suffrage is legitimate.
