【新唐人2013年08月08日讯】近日美国《华尔街日报》曝光，法国地中海渡假胜地戛纳的一幢豪华别墅，可能与前重庆市委书记薄熙来之妻谷开来谋杀英国商人海伍德一案有关。而《纽约时报》则表示，中共当局打算在对薄熙来进行刑事审判时，把这栋别墅作为他受贿的证据之一。分析认为，薄熙来受贿金额本来就是天文数字，现在抛出这个受贿证据，只是为了掩盖他的真正罪行。请看报导。
《华尔街日报》8月6号刊发文章，曝出法国嘎纳一所别墅可能跟薄熙来一家有关联。这是一所带游泳池，面朝地中海的豪华别墅，有6间卧房和一个4000平方米的花园。
《华尔街日报》说，这座别墅现在的所有者是一家名叫France´s Residences Fontaine Saint Georges的公司，是在2001年花了220万欧元买下的。报导还透露，这家公司前后三任管理者都跟薄家有着直接或间接的关联，他们分别是被薄妻谷开来毒杀的英国人海伍德，谷开来的密友、法国建筑师德维尔和前央视主持人，已入英籍的华人姜丰。
姜丰曾经是央视《正大综艺》主持人、《文化视点》主持人。她负责为薄打理海外资产，目前是中央电视台欧洲中心站记者，她还是首届新加坡大专辩论赛冠军。
《纽约时报》援引跟薄家有联系的三位人士的说法表示，中共当局指称大连商人徐明买下这栋嘎纳豪华别墅，送给薄熙来一家，当局打算在对薄熙来进行刑事审判时把这栋别墅作为他受贿的证据之一。这三名匿名人士还预计，对薄熙来的审判会在几周或几天内开始
上月25号，山东省济南市检察院正式以涉嫌贪污、受贿、滥用职权三项罪名起诉薄熙来。而早前中纪委宣布薄熙来共有六项罪名。
时事评论员刘淇昆：“共产党实际上不敢把薄熙来的全部经济罪行公布于众，因为那样太丑恶了。以前据说薄熙来转移到海外的财产就有60亿美元，那么现在说他受贿贪污几百万、什么2000万，那是九牛一毛。与其说检控薄熙来不如说是包庇薄熙来。”
乔治梅森大学客座教授章天亮指出，把薄熙来的罪行全部揭示出来，对共产党是致命的，因为他的罪不是一个人的罪行，是中共整个体制的罪行。所以只能是掩盖。
乔治梅森大学客座教授章天亮：“把他作为一个经济犯罪抛出来，就说他贪污受贿和滥用职权，没有涉及到薄熙来政变的问题，也没有涉及到包括他对政敌的谋杀、包括他对法轮功学员的迫害，在报导中没有揭示。”
章天亮预测，从中共抛出的经济犯罪金额来对比前上海市委书记陈良宇和前中共铁道部部长刘志军的刑期，薄熙来应该是判20年和无期徒刑之间。
但是，记者观察到，围绕薄案背后各种势力的角力还在继续。
8月1号传出了前中共政法委书记周永康家族的亲信吴兵在逃离北京时被抓的消息。吴兵是是周永康儿子周斌的“兄弟”、周斌公司的总经理，为周永康家族侵吞了数百亿国有资产。
网路上最近还爆光了薄熙来在北京的两处房产，一处就价值3亿。而去年4月，日本发行量第二的《朝日新闻》就引述中共官方内部消息说，谷开来已经承认，多年来向美、英等国开设的海外银行账户转移了60亿美元。
香港《苹果日报》指出，由于周永康被指与薄熙来合谋政变，因此中共18大后，周永康的多名铁杆心腹被相继铲除，先是四川省委副书记李春城落马，接着湖北前政法委书记吴永文接受审查，上月23号，他的“大秘”郭永祥又落马，这预示了周永康糟糕的下场。
旅居海外的华人学者刘淇昆指出，中共内部狗咬狗的斗争虽然残酷，但他们维持中共的独裁统治的本质是不会改变的。所以中国人应该尽早的觉悟，尽早的跟共产党划清界线，争取自己的自由。

New Evidence May Add to Bo’s Case
Wall Street Journal recently revealed, a luxury villa
in the French Mediterranean resort of Cannes,
is possibly related to the murder of Heywood by
Gu Kailai, the wife of Bo Xilai, the former
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary in Chongqing.
New York Times write that Chinese authorities intend
to use the villa as evidence of his bribery
during the criminal trial against Bo Xilai.
Analysts believe that Bo has always taken an astronomical
amount of bribes, now throwing out this evidence,
is just to cover up his real crime.

Wall Street Journal published an article on 6th August
and exposed a villa in Cannes, France may be
associated with Bo Xilai’s family.
This luxury villa has its own pool, facing the
Mediterranean Sea, six bedrooms and a 4000 m² garden.
Wall Street Journal writes the owner of the villa is now a
company named France’s Residences Fontaine Saint Georges,
who bought it in 2001 for 2.2 million euros.
It is reported that the company’s three general managers
were related to Bo’s family directly or indirectly.
They were Heywood, killed by Gu Kailai;
French architect Deville, a close friend of Gu Kailai;
and Jiang Feng, the former CCTV host
and now a British citizen.
Jiang Feng was once the host of CCTV programs such as
the Zhengda Variety Show and Cultural View Point.
She is taking care of overseas assets for Bo Xilai.
She is currently a reporter for CCTVs European central
station.
New York Times quoted three informants
associated with Bo Xilai.
The Chinese authorities alleged Dalian businessman
Xu Ming bought this luxury villa in Cannes, and gave it
to Bo Xilai’s family.
The authorities intend to use the villa
as evidence of bribery in the trial.
The three anonymous informants also expect the trial
against Bo Xilai will commence in a few weeks or even days.
On 25th July, the Jinan, Shandong Province prosecutor formally
charged Bo Xilai for corruption, bribery, and abuse of power.
The Central Discipline Inspection Commission earlier
announced a total of six charges being laid against him.
Political commentator Liu Qikun:"The CCP is actually
afraid to publicize all the economic crimes of Bo Xilai,
because they are too ugly.
Previously, it was said Bo Xilai had transferred
$ 6 billion in property to overseas.
Now saying that his bribery corruption is only in
millions of yuan, because it is a drop in the ocean.
So they are protecting Bo instead of accusing him."
George Mason University professor Zhang Tianliang
pointed out that
if all the crimes of Bo Xilai were revealed,
it would be fatal to the CCP.
His sin is not a personal offense, but crimes throughout
the CCP system. So it can only cover it up.
George Mason University professor Zhang Tianliang:
“Naming it an economic crime, corruption and abuse of power,
are not related to Bo Xilai’s coup, nor his murder of political
opponents and his persecution of Falun Gong practitioners."
Zhang Tianliang predicts, compared to the sentences of
Chen Liangyu, the former Shanghai CCP secretary,
and Liu Zhijun, the former Minister of Railways, Bo should be
sentenced to between 20 years and life imprisonment.
However, the reporter observed various forces were still
wrestling regarding Bo’s case.
On 1st August, it was reported Wu Bing, a confidant of
Zhou Yongkang’s family was arrested,
whilst escaping from Beijing.
Wu Bing is a brother of Zhou Bin, the son of Zhou Yongkang
is also the general manager of the Zhou Bin Company.
He helped Zhou’s family to misappropriate
tens of billions of state-owned assets.
It also recently came to light that Bo Xilai has two houses
in Beijing. One is valued at 300 million yuan.
In last April, Asahi Shimbun with the second largest
circulation in Japan, quoted Chinese officials’internal sources,
stating Gu has already admitted that over the years,
she had transferred 60 billion dollars to their accounts
in the United States, Britain and other countries.
Apple Daily in Hong Kong pointed out that Zhou Yongkang
was alleged to have colluded with Bo Xilai in a coup.
So after the 18th NPC, many of their hardcore followers
and henchmen were eradicated successively.
The first was Li Chuncheng,
the vice CCP secretary of Sichuan Province;
Wu Yongwen, the former CCP secretary of Politics and
Law Committee in Hubei Province was also investigated.
On 23rd July, his first secretary Guo Yongxiang also stepped
down, which foreshadowed the bad ending of Zhou Yongkang.
Liu Qikun, a Chinese scholar overseas said
the dogfight struggle within the CCP is brutal,
but their essence of maintaining the CCP’s dictatorship
will not change.
So the Chinese people should awaken as soon as possible,
separate from the CCP and fight for their own freedom.
