五香粉3茶匙 – 3tsp of five spice powder

荷叶4片 – 4 pieces of lotus leaves

热水400毫升 – 400ml of hot water

酿料/For the stuffing:
红葱头2个 – 2 shallots
金针10朵 – 10 orangelillies
云耳4块 – 4 cloud ears
鸡肠1条 – 1 chicken intestines
鸡肝1个 – 1 chicken liver
鸡肾1个 – 1 chicken kidney
绍兴酒1汤匙 – 1tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
蚝油2茶匙 – 2tsp of oyster sauce
糖1茶匙 – 1tsp of sugar
芝麻油少量 – few dashes of sesame oil
