【新唐人2012年3月7日讯】在传媒的追访之下，最近，重庆市长黄奇帆首次公开谈论王立军事件。在访谈中，他承认自己曾经前往美领馆追截王立军，也承认有大批警车包围美国驻成都领事馆，但否认自己从重庆带了70辆警车。分析人士指出，中共从来都在掩盖内斗的真相，黄奇帆为自己所作的辩解也根本不值一驳。
2月6号发生的王立军出逃美领馆事件，因为涉及到中共核心内幕，关系到重庆市委书记薄熙来等人的未来政治走向，而成为今年中共两会的最大看点。被外界视为薄熙来左膀右臂的重庆市长黄奇帆，在《凤凰网》发布的一个专访视频中声称：在得知王立军出逃后，他带了几位相关人员，乘坐一辆车去了成都美领馆。
而此前，媒体曾广泛报导，黄奇帆从重庆带70辆警车前往成都美领馆要人，并与国安人员发生冲突，引起中共高层震怒。黄奇帆还被紧急召到北京交代追截王立军的详情。
不过，黄奇帆在视频中承认，当时现场确实有很多警车包围了美领馆。
黄奇帆：“至于外面说有那么多警车，那上面的牌照是川警，是四川的。当然不是我会带去70辆车，这是八卦消息。你们上面写重庆什么什么，下面汽车拍出来的全是川。”
对于这番说辞，香港《动向》杂志主编张伟国对《新唐人》表示，军警包围美领馆是一个责任重大的外交事件，黄奇帆是在为自己掩饰和申辩。
张伟国：“只要他（黄奇帆）还有某种程度的活动自由、言论自由，那他肯定是找最符合他目前这种生存需要的说法来说，而不是根据事实的真相来说。我们去盯他的说辞，根本就无助于了解事实真相。”
5号，重庆市政府发言人在接受媒体采访时，也对“黄奇帆带70辆警车包围美领馆、并想要强行将王立军带回重庆”的报导，进行了高调否认。
《中华评述新闻网》主编纪晓峰分析指出，中共内斗的再激烈，也要尽量掩盖。在内斗没有结果之前，谁说了什么、做了什么，都是在老百姓面前演戏，而真正的好戏在后面。
纪晓峰：“何必要去解答‘重庆市长到底带多少辆警车’这些（问题）？那个警车有没有？那么些外国记者在成都，那么些老百姓在成都，能给他瞎掰吗？不可能给他瞎掰呀！”
王立军事件发生后，重庆当局曾经发布消息说，王立军正在接受“休假式治疗”，被外界斥为谎言。5号，一位署名“穿雨衣的陌生人”的网友爆料，黄奇帆在接受《凤凰网》采访时还辩解，“休假式治疗”是重庆官方微博的发布者私自胡乱编造的。但这段谈话并没有出现在《凤凰网》视频中，目前无法证实。
对此，网民质疑：作为重庆市政府新闻办的官方微博，不经过主管领导授意，工作人员能随便发东西？尤其是王立军这样的政治敏感事件，谁敢随便编造？当人民群众都是傻子吧！
张伟国则强调指出，不管黄奇帆等人怎么说，实际上人们早就了解了这个事件的真相。
张伟国：“他们现在只不过就是在台上表演这个谎言而已，表演自己的角色而已。这跟真相有什么关系？没关系。真相不是由他自己说的。”
视频中，黄奇帆还在无意中谈到，王立军事件已经涉及到“国家安全”问题。但不知为何，凤凰网的这个视频链接目前已经被删除。

Huang Qifan Publicly admitted Chasing after Wang Lijun
Due to media pressure, Chongqing mayor Huang Qifan
publicly discussed the Wang Lijun incident for the first time.
During the interview, he admitted chasing after Wang Lijun
as he was headed to the U.S. Consulate.
He admitted that a large number of police surrounded the
U.S Consulate in Chengdu.
However, he denied bringing 70 police cars from Chongqing.
Analysts pointed out that the CCP inadvertently revealed
the truth, so it’s useless for Huang Qifan to refute it.
The Wang Lijun fleeing to the U.S Consulate incident on
Feb. 6th is having an influence on the CCP central workings,
the political future of Chongqing party secretary Bo Xilai,
and it has become the center of attention at this year’s Lianghui.
Wang Qifan, who is considered Bo Xilai’s right hand man,
said during a TV interview with the Phoenix network.
He claimed that after hearing of Wang Lijun fleeing, he took
some of his staff to the U.S Consulate in Chengdu.
Previously, many media reported that Huang Qifan led 70
police cars to the U.S Consulate in Chengdu for Wang.
He got into a conflict with State Security Bureau staff,
which infuriated the high level CCP.
Huang Qifan was immediately called to Beijing to explain
the incident.

the license plates were from Sichuan police.
I definitely didn’t bring 70 cars, that is gossip.
You wrote about Chongqing something, but the pictures
were all Sichuan.”
Regarding Wang’s words, Hong Kong’s Trend magazine
chief editor, Zhang Weiguo, told NTD that armed police
surrounding US Consulate is major diplomatic incident;
Huang Qifan is trying to cover up and defend himself.
Zhang Weiguo, “As long as Huang still has this much
freedom, he will find the words to best suit his current need for survival, instead of revealing the truth.
His rhetoric doesn’t help to understand the truth.”
During an interview on March 5th, a Chongqing city
spokesperson denied that the reports of Huang Qifan
leading 70 police cars to surround the US Consulate and
attempting to forcefully detain Wang Lijun were true.
China Commentary News network chief editor Ji Xiaofeng
analyzed that no matter how bad the infighting is within the CCP, they try to cover it up.
Before the infighting ends, who says what, did what, that’s
acting, the real show is at the end.
Ji Xiaofeng, “Why answer the questions like ‘how many
police cars did the Chongqing mayor bring?’
Did those police car exist?
There are many foreign reporters and many citizens in
Chengdu, how can he fool people?
He won’t fool anyone.”
After the Wang Lijun incident broke, Chongqing announced
that Wang Lijun took medical leave, which was later revealed to be false.
On March 5th, a netizen with the screenname “stranger in a
rain coat,” revealed that during an interview with Phoenix
network, Huang Lijun said that the person who published
the official Chongqing government micro-blog made it up.
However, this part was not included in the news video,
so it hasn’t been verified.
Netizens questioned how a staff member could publish
something made up on the official blog
without permission from high up, especially
regarding politically sensitive incidents like Wang Lijun’s.
They wondered, “do they think the general public are all
idiots?”
Zhang Weiguo stressed that no matter what Huang Qifan
says, people already know the truth behind this incident.
Zhang Weiguo, “They are simply acting out lies on stage,
playing their parts.
Is it related to the truth? No. The truth is not told by them.”
In the video, Huang Qifan inadvertently said that the Wang
Lijun incident is a “State Security” issue.
However, the link to this video has already been deleted by
the Phoenix network.
