【新唐人2012年8月6日讯】被外媒称为“宫廷密谋”的中共高层“北戴河会议”，尽管备受舆论关注，但具体召开日期对外界却仍然是谜。
8月5号，英国《金融时报》报导说，中共领导阶层正在北戴河开会，而这次保密性极高的会议，将最后敲定中共新一代领导人交接权力的计划，会议预计将进行1个月。
报导援引消息人士的话说，中共总书记胡锦涛以及其他最高领导人，3号已经抵达避暑胜地北戴河。
同一天，中共喉舌媒体《中央电视台》也报导，中共国家副主席习近平在北戴河接见官员、和向政府提供建言的学者。中共中央组织部长李源潮、国务委员刘延东和中共中央办公厅主任令计划也同时在新闻中露面。
外界分析，这些消息显示，中共高层的北戴河会议即将登场。
北戴河会议是中共每年夏季都要召开的会议。实际上是为每年秋天的中央全会，或党代表大会所做的权力斗争与利益交换的场所。而今年因为薄熙来事件，和为十八大确定新一代领导人的名单，更加引入注目。
海伍德招惹杀身之祸内幕
而对中共政局有重大影响的薄熙来妻子谷开来故意杀人案，将于8月9号在合肥开庭。有媒体评论说，中共以刑事案起诉谷开来，急于在18大之前解决，是想要尽早结束这场暴露高层分歧和腐败的政治丑闻，防止交接班出现意外。
但是，据《大纪元》新闻网独家报导，谷开来是薄熙来、周永康政变圈的核心人物，负责在海外进行对外联络公关任务，包括收买海外媒体，并利用海外媒体发布消息，给薄熙来和周永康的政治利益抬高身价，同时打击、抹黑胡温习，为日后推翻“储君”习近平进行舆论攻势。
《大纪元》说，英国人海伍德协助谷开来在海外做相关工作，除了为薄家转移大量资产到海外，还同时卷入了薄熙来、谷开来活摘法轮功学员器官，和贩卖被迫害的法轮功学员尸体等罪恶事件。海伍德知道谷开来的大量秘密，后来招惹杀身之祸。

CCP High-Levels Plot At Beidaihe
The CCP high level officials’ Beidaihe meeting, also called
“Court Plotting Meeting,” attracts much public attention.
However, its schedule is still a mystery to the public.
According to British paper the Financial Times,
the CCP high level officials are meeting in Beidaihe.
This confidential meeting will bring out the result of a plan
for handover power to the next CCP leader.
The meeting is anticipated to last a month.
It’s quoted in the report that CCP General Secretary Hu Jintao
and other top leaders arrived in Beidaihe on August 3.
State-run media CCTV also reported on the same day,
vice president Xi Jinping received officials and
forwarded scholars’ suggestions to the Beidaihe government.
Li Yuanchao, Ministers of the Organization of the CCP
Central Committee, State Councilor Liu Yandong,
and General Office Chief also appeared in the TV news report.
According to public analyses, all this indicates that
Beidaihe will soon disclose information to the public.
The Beidaihe meeting is a meeting for officials every summer,
a meeting of power struggle and interest-exchange in CCP.
This year’s Beidaihe meeting warrants a lot of attention.
The focal points are the Bo Xilai case and deciding the next
CCP leader in the 18th National Congress.

and avoid accidents when handing over the power.
According to the Epoch Time’s report, Gu Kailai and Bo Xilai
are the central figures of Zhou Yongkang’s political circle.
They are responsible for overseas PR tasks including buying
overseas media, and using them to spread information to raise Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang’s reputation.
Meanwhile, it discredits Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao,
and prepares for an overthrow of the future leader Xi Jinping.
The Epoch Times reports that British man Heywood
assisted Gu Kailai with overseas work.
Besides transferring Bo’s property abroad, he was involved
in the organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
Heywood knew secrets of Gu Kailai, which sealed his future.
