【新唐人2012年10月10日讯】日本“国有化钓鱼岛”引起中方抗议，反日游行也在多个中国城市爆发，小小的钓鱼岛激起了轩然大波。香港资深媒体人程翔发表文章评论说，中共曾有四次解决钓鱼岛主权争端的机会，但都错过了。接下来，请和本台记者一起去了解他是怎么说的：
程翔在文章中指出：钓鱼岛主权不能再搁置下去！他表示，北京方面应该进一步迫使日本打消侵占钓鱼岛的野心，否则钓鱼岛恐怕将永远失去。
香港资深媒体人程翔：“如果日本不去采取一些实际拥有钓鱼岛的做法，也许钓鱼岛永远都是一个小事情，因为现在日本采取具体的作法，要把钓鱼岛实际拿到手，如果是这样子，如果中共还是在以大局为重的话，那就不对了。最起码要跟日本达成一个共识，就说钓鱼岛的主权还是有争议的。”
程翔说，假如有一天钓鱼岛真的丢了，那么百分百的责任是在中共，因为在过去四十年来，中共曾经有四次错失解决钓鱼岛主权争端的机会。
这四次的时间点分别为，1971年，美国刚宣布把钓鱼岛连同琉球交给日本的时候。第二次是1972年，中日建交时。第三次是1978年，中日交换和约时。第四次是1996年，香港保钓人士陈毓祥牺牲在钓鱼岛水域时。
而“山东大学”退休教授孙文广表示，过去历史上，中共当局一再拉拢日本对抗美、苏，因此，对钓鱼岛问题表现软弱。
“山东大学”退休教授孙文广：“在这样的思想上，它（中共）觉得钓鱼岛的问题，不要影响它的大局，它（中共）当时表现的态度，就是对钓鱼岛的问题很软弱的，当时它（中共）还是阶级斗争为纲，要打击帝国主义，要打击苏联社会帝国主义，那么就要团结日本，所以要拉拢它（日本）。”
中、日展开邦交正常化谈判当时，中共总理周恩来明确表示：“钓鱼岛的问题没有必要涉及，它与恢复邦交相比算不了什么问题。”而且，邓小平时代，中共急于获得日本经援，对钓鱼岛，邓小平亲自提出“搁置争端，留给后人。”如果钓鱼岛属于中国，那么在过去中日建交和中美建交时，中共当局为何只字不提？孙文广认为，现在中共态度强硬起来，可能还有其他原因。
孙文广：“一个是国内矛盾、经济问题，还有很多人对当局的不满，对它的无能、贪腐的不满，另外就是薄熙来的案件，那么在这个情况下，有一部分人他可能想转移一下视线，就多讨论国际问题，多讨论钓鱼岛，那么很多人可能就不会太注重国内的事情。”
程翔的文章指出，1971年6月，日、美签订《冲绳归还协定》，冲绳归还日本，钓鱼岛也被捆绑在这个协定里。1971年12月中共除了发表声明外，没有拿出什么实际行动来捍卫钓鱼岛主权，反而在全球保钓运动蓬勃时期，派出很多人，分别到香港和美国，“传达”中央关于“保钓要降温”的指示。
1972年中日建交，建交谈判过程中，日本主动提出战争赔偿以及钓鱼岛问题。中共在没有征询全国人民意见的情况下，擅自宣布放弃对日索偿。
有分析指出，如果钓鱼岛是属于中国的，那么中共当局就是卖国贼，因为当年它就把钓鱼岛给卖了，相反，如果钓鱼岛不属于中国，中共当局也没有卖国的问题，那么现在中共说钓鱼岛属于中国，那就是在欺骗民众。因此，钓鱼岛问题实际只有一个，那就是：中共究竟是个骗子！？还是一个卖国贼！？

CCP missed four opportunities to reclaim the Diaoyu Islands
The nationalization of the Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands by Japan caused a firestorm,
sparking protest from China and several anti-Japanese demonstrations in a number of mainland cities. Ching Cheong, a senior journalist in Hong Kong,
published an article stating that the CCP had four chances to solve the sovereignty dispute over the Diaoyu Islands, but they dropped the ball. Let’s see the report.
Ching Cheong pointed out in his article that the sovereignty issue regarding the Diaoyu Islands cannot be shelved. He said Beijing has to force Japan further and dispel the ambitions to occupy the Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands.
Ching Cheong: “Perhaps the Diaoyu Islands would‘ve been a minor issue if Japan did not take physical possession of the islands. However, Japan now uses concrete methods to gain the Diaoyu Islands, and it would be wrong if CCP still focuses on a broader interest. The CCP should reach a consensus with Japan at least. The sovereignty of the Diaoyu Islands is still controversial.”
Ching Cheong remarked that the CCP should take 100% responsibility if one day the Diaoyu Islands are really gone, because the CCP missed four opportunities to get the Diaoyu Islands back over the past 40 years.
The first of the the aforementioned four times was in 1971 when the United States had just announced that the Diaoyu Islands were given to Japan with the Ryukyu and the second was 1972 when China built Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations. The third was in 1978, when China and Japan exchanged peaceful contracts, and the last is 1996, when David Chan, a pro-democracy Diaoyu activist from Hong Kong drowned in the Diaoyu Islands waters.
Sun Wenguang, a retired professor from Shandong University said the CCP authorities repeatedly won over Japan to fight against the United States and the Soviet Union in the past history. Therefore, they are weak on the Diaoyu Islands issue.
Sun Wenguang: “Ideologically, the CCP feels that the Diaoyu Islands issue should not affect the overall situation, and the attitude of the CCP was weak towards the Diaoyu Islands at that time. The CCP focused on class struggles, and they wanted to fight against imperialism, to fight against the Soviet social-imperialism, so they had to unite with Japan.”
When China and Japan started negotiations to normalize diplomatic relations, the CCP Premier Zhou Enlai expressed clearly, “There is no need to discuss the Diaoyu Islands issue, and it is nothing compared with the resumption of diplomatic relations.” In the Deng Xiaoping era, the CCP was eager to get Japan’s economic aid. Therefore, Deng Xiaoping personally wrote a policy about
the Diaoyu Islands consisting of shelving disputes and leaving to future generations.
If the Diaoyu Islands belong to China, why have the CCP authorities not mentioned anything when they established diplomatic relations with Japan and USA? Sun Wenguang thought, there may be other reasons for the CCP to take a tough stance now.
Sun Wenguang: “One is the internal contradictions, economic problems, as well as many dissatisfactions regarding the incompetence and corruption of CCP.
Some people may shift the line of sight by discussing international issues due to the Bo Xilai event.”
Ching Cheong pointed out in his article from June 1971, that Japan and the United States signed the agreement on returning Okinawa – Okinawa was returned to Japan and the Diaoyu Islands was also bundled in with this agreement. The CCP merely issued a statement in December 1971 without coming up with any real action to defend the sovereignty of the Diaoyu Islands. Instead, the CCP sent many people to Hong Kong and the United States during the booming period of the global campaign on the Diaoyu Islands to convey the instructions of the CCP Central Committee on lowering the temperature.
In 1972, China and Japan established diplomatic relations. Japan offered a proposal on war reparations as well as the Diaoyu Islands issue during the negotiation, but the CCP announced to drop the reparations from Japan without consulting the views of the National People.
Some analysts pointed out if the Diaoyu Islands belong to China, then the CCP authorities must be traitors, because they sold the Diaoyu Islands. On the contrary, if the Diaoyu Islands do not belong to China, then the CCP authorities do not have the traitorous problem, but CCP must deceive the public as it said that the Diaoyu Islands belong to China. Therefore, Diaoyu Islands issue raises one issue,is the CCP a liar or a traitor?
