【新唐人2013年09月05日讯】调查扩大 周永康政法系党羽被剪
中共对前中央政法委书记周永康帮派的调查，已经从四川扩大到石油帮，现在又开始进入政法系统。
据《德国之声》引述《澳洲日报》的消息，中共最高检察长曹建明、公安部副部长李东生正在被调查，但消息没有得到中共当局的证实。
报导说，曹建明是周永康执掌中央政法委期间，最主要的政法系统官员之一，也是周永康的重要党羽之一。
报导同时透露，中共正部级中央委员，现任中共“610办公室”主任兼公安部副部长的李东生，也是周永康的另一得力干将。
“610办公室”是中共专门为迫害“法轮功”而成立的特务机构。
李东生2002年后出任中宣部副部长，同时兼任“610办公室”副主任，其后获周永康提拔成为“610办公室”主任，之后再升到公安部副部长。
维权律师山东临沂遭警方殴打
北京维权律师李方平接受山东临沂杨海龙家属委托，9月4号前往当地为杨辩护时，被当地公安局警察殴打致伤。
据陪同李方平一起前往临沂的维权律师江天勇向《德国之声》介绍，当地警方先是阻止他们探望杨海龙，之后将他们推到兰山分局刑警三中队，递交律师手续，当律师上前询问时，遭到三中队警察江雨的猛烈袭击。
山东临沂是旅美维权人士陈光诚的故乡，陈光诚曾在那里遭受过多年的司法迫害。江天勇表示，看来当局没有吸取教训，在举世关注中，临沂的司法黑幕、人权践踏还在继续发生。
江天勇表示，被袭击的李方平目前已从医院回到入住的当地宾馆，但不知道会不会再有警察突然上门骚扰。
疫苗受害家庭北京维权遭特警清场
9月4号，来自甘肃、山东、河南等地的三十多个疫苗受害家庭，在北京卫生部门口拉横幅、举牌讨要说法，这已经是他们集体上访的第三天。但是他们没有等到卫生部官员的出现，却等来了特警的暴力清场。
《自由亚洲电台》报导，据上访的受害儿童家长介绍，几天来，越来越多的疫苗受害者家属从各地赶来，但是卫生部门口的保安、特警，周三开始动粗，不让他们在卫生部门口站立，不让他们说话。清场过程中，双方发生冲突。
据了解，这些疫苗受害家庭的孩子，在出生后因注射了问题疫苗而引发尿毒症、白血病等问题，但地方政府拒绝负责。

Core Members of Zhou Yongkang Clique Being Purged
Investigations into the faction led by Zhou Yongkang are continuing and expanding.Zhou was former chief of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee (PLAC).The probe has reached Zhou’s men inside the PLAC system.
Deutsche Welle quoted Australia based Daily Chinese Herald. It states that Procurator-General Cao Jianming, and Li Dongsheng, Vice-Minister of Public Security, are currently being investigated. The news has not been confirmed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities.
Cao Jianming is one of the core members under Zhou Yongkang, according to the report.
Li Dongsheng, a ministry-level official, is another right-hand man of Zhou Yongkang.He is the current head of the 610 Office.
The 610 Office is a spy agency established by the CCP, with the sole purpose of carrying out the persecution of Falun Gong.
In 2002, Li Dongsheng served as Vice Propaganda Minister, and held post as Deputy Director of the 610 Office. Later, Li was promoted as the head of the 610 Office, and then, up to Vice Minister of Public Security.
On September 4, Beijing lawyer Li Fangping arrived in Linyi, Shandong Province, to defend a client. Local police physically assaulted lawyer Li, and injured him.
Renowned lawyer, Jiang Tianyong, who accompanied lawyer Li on the trip, spoke with Deutsche Welle. Lawyer Jiang says that local police firstly prevented them from visiting the client. Later, the police asked them to submit an application for the legal practice. When the lawyer made inquiries, he was violently assaulted by local criminal police.
Linyi is hometown of Chen Guangcheng, a prominent legal activist, who had suffered years of persecution by local judicial authorities.Reportedly, Jiang Tianyong says that the Linyi authorities still refuse to take a warning from history. This has continued to allow human rights abuses to exist in Linyi.
Lawyer Jiang states that Li Fangping has returned to his hotel fromhospital.It’s hard to say whether the police will harass him again.
Parents Of Vaccine Victims Nationwide Gather in Beijing to ProtestOn September 4, over 30 parents of vaccine victims held protests for a third day. This took place outside the Ministry of Health in Beijing.They came from several provinces, including Gansu, Shandong and Henan.The CCP Health officials still didn’t appear, and police violently dispersed the protesters.
Radio Free Asia has reported that for several days, more parents of vaccine victims have arrived in Beijing, and have joined the protest. On September 4, security guards of the Health Ministry, together with local special police forces, began to use violence against the parents. Clashes occurred during the police dispersal.
Reportedly, these vaccine victim children had been injected with poisonous vaccines after birth. Consequently, they contracted uremia, leukemia, and other diseases. Yet, the local authorities have refused to take liability.
