代理范木根 王宇律师疑失联系
“民生观察”工作室6号引用维权人士李晓玲的消息说，苏州抗强拆公民范木根的委托律师王宇，当天到苏州看守所办理会见范木根事宜后失联。
李晓玲表示，王宇和张俊杰律师当天中午11：50到达苏州看守所，办理会见范木根的手续，但是受到看守所人员搪塞。王宇律师一直在看守所坚持，下午许多声援人士给她打电话，都无法接通，疑似失联。
声援范木根 南京公民被扣
另外一名去苏州声援范木根的南京公民王健，5号上午被南京国保从苏州带回南京扣留，直到6号王健仍处于失联状态。据了解王健一直被扣押在南京市江宁区谷里派出所，现早已超过24小时，派出所还没有放人。
广东省多起强拆强征
与此同时，中国大陆强拆、强征的情况仍不断发生。5号仅在广东省至少就发生三起。广东省阳江市那格村城管支队副队长谢绍华，声称代表政府强拆村民的房屋，并打伤妇女。而茂名市羊角镇政府，在没有与杨屋村农民达成征地价格一致的情况下，就强行推土开工，破坏农田，并出动40名警察殴打拘留农民。
另外，阳江市月亮石村300多警察、政府人员进村强征土地，打伤抓捕近10人。
湖南八名法轮功学员遭非法庭审
据“法轮大法明慧网”报导，湖南省长沙县法院2月9号到13号，将对言虹等八位法轮功学员再次非法开庭。
此案之前在1月28、29号进行庭审，因五位辩护律师提出回避申请和管辖权异议，法庭多次休庭，法警还一度威胁律师。两名旁听民众被绑架。
当事人之一的言虹，原是长沙县榔梨镇半边街（第三居委会）主任。榔梨镇人大代表、人大主席团成员。中共开始镇压法轮功后，言虹被强行开除工作，判刑六年期间遭受酷刑迫害，双眼致残，视力极弱。

Fan Mugen’s Attorney Is Missing
Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported attorney Wang Yu
has been missing since she visited Zuzhou detention center
on the 6th, according to activist Li Xiaoling.
Lawyer Wang was commissioned to Fan Mugen’s case
against forced demolition.
Li Xiaoling indicated that both lawyers, Wang Yu and
Zhang Junjie, had arrived at Suzhou Detention Center at 11:50.
They were trying to meet Fan Mugen but the personnel
at the Center refused them on various excuses.
Attorney Wang insisted in the Center and had multiple
communications with supporting people.
But she’s been missing since then.
Another Supporter of Fan Mugen Detained
Wang Jian from Nanjing was another supporter
who visited Suzhou for Fan Mugen’s case.
He was brought back to Nanjing and detained by local security.
He has not been heard of by the 6th.
He was said to be kept at the local police station
in Jiangning District for more than 24 hours.
Multiple Forced Demolitions and Acquisition in Guangdong
Forced demolitions and forced acquisition continue
to develop all over in the Mainland.
On the 5th, at least three cases took place in
Guangdong Province.
Xie Shaohua, a staff at the urban and city management
of Yangjiang City claimed to demolish houses
on behalf of the government.
The violent demolition has caused injury with the beatings.
A township of Maoming City ordered land acquisition
without a price agreement with villagers.
The bulldozer went through the farmland
and destroyed the fields.
Around 40 police were dispatched
to conduct violent assault and arrests.
In addition, more than 300 police officers and government
officials went into a village of Yangjiang City to forcibly
acquire land.
They injured and arrested around 10 villagers.
Eight Hunan Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally Tried
Minghui.org reported that Changsha County Court
will conduct illegal trials against eight Falun Gong practitioners
on Feb. 9 through 13.
Case trial was conducted earlier on Jan. 28 and 29.
The court adjourned several times because the five defense
lawyers applied for the right to challenge the jurors
and objection to the jurisdiction of a court.
The bailiffs even threatened the lawyers at times.
Yan Hong was one of the defendants.
She was a director of a neighborhood committee
and a member of the local National People’s Congress.
Since the CCP started the persecution of Falun Gong,
Yan Hong was forcibly expelled from work
and sentenced to 6 years.
The torture in the jail has led to damage of her eyesight.
