柳州教案续审 律师被赶出法庭
柳州教案1月6号开庭未审结，9号，继续开庭审理，庭审过程中，审判长宣布，同步庭审笔录取消，五律师群起抗议，遭法警绑架出法庭。在律师缺席下，法庭匆匆审结。下午，律师到看守所会见当事人，被告知已经被法院取消了辩护人资格，他们找看守所负责人交涉，遭到殴打。
湖南托口水库冤民法院抗议
湖南怀化洪江托口水库失地维权农民，起诉洪江市政府要求信息公开案，2月9号，在怀化中级法院开庭。大批维权村民身穿白色冤衣，前去法院旁听，洪江当局调集数百警力拦截村民，代理律师文东海、石伏龙被殴打，手机被摔碎。下午开庭，8名律师退庭抗议法院违法。
重庆上百访民请愿5人穿状衣被抓
2月9号上午，重庆上百访民前往市信访办维权，他们高喊口号，要求解决被强拆的房子问题，并说要去北京喊冤，重庆当局出动10余警察，抢访民的手机，并抓走陆远芳、肖建芳，殴打耶诗永，还有5位穿状衣的访民被抓。
深圳香珠花园民工 福田法院讨钱
17年前，一名四川籍包工头带领700多名外来务工人员，在深圳承包了香珠花园房地产项目的部分工程，3年多时间，每个工人每周只领到4.8元生活费。
去年12月15号，深圳中院判决，2600余万元工程款和3900余万元违约金，12月27号已划到法院账户上。但2月7号至9号，仍有几百人聚集在福田法院门外，称没有拿到工钱。

Lawyers for Liuzhou Religious Teaching Case Expelled from Court
Liuzhou court hearing on a case regarding Christian teaching
continued on Jan. 9.
During the trial, the presiding judge canceled synchronizing
transcribing, the five lawyers protested the ruling
but were removed from the court by bailiffs.
In the absence of lawyers, the court concluded in a hurry.
In the meeting with the defendants, lawyers were told
that their defending qualifications were dismissed.
The lawyers tried to negotiate with the staff
in charge of the detention center but were violently assaulted.
Hunan Landless Farmers Seek Justice in Local Court
Landless farmers of Tuokouzhen of Hunan Province
demanded open information from local government.
On Feb. 9, the case went on trial at Huaihua Intermediate
People’s Court.
A large number of villagers showed up at the court
in white shirts imprinted with content of injustice.
Local officials dispatched hundreds of police
to intercept the villagers.
Attorneys Wen Donghai and Shi Fulong were beaten
and cell phones smashed.
In the afternoon, the eight defending lawyers retired
from the court to protest the illegal conduct of the court.
Chongqing Authorities Suppress Hundreds of Petitioners
On the morning of Feb. 9, hundreds of Chongqing petitioners
protested at the petition office.
They chanted slogans demanding resolution
of forced house demolitions.
They also claimed they will address their grievances to Beijing.
Chongqing authorities dispatched more than 10 police
officers to the scene.
They took away petitioners’ cell phones, arrested petitioners
such as Lu Yuanfang and Xiao Jianfang, beat Ye Shiyong
and arrested five petitioners dressed in white shirts
imprinted with their complaint.
Migrant Workers Ask Money from Shenzhen Court
A Sichuan contractor led more than 700 migrant workers
on projects in Shenzhen 17 years ago.
For three years, workers received only 4.8 yuan a week.
Last year, Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court ruled
compensation of more than 26 million yuan from projects
and penalty of more than 39 million for breach of contract.
The money was transferred to the court account last Dec. 27.
But, hundreds of the victims still gathered outside of the court
between Feb. 7 and 9, claiming they have not received a dime.
