【新唐人2011年5月23日讯】星期日（5月22号），载有朝鲜最高领导人金正日及其他朝鲜官员的火车进入中国扬州。扬州火车站当日警备森严，部分道路封锁，禁止游客进入。
据韩国媒体报导，正在日本东京参加中日韩三国峰会的中国总理温家宝周日证实，朝鲜最高领导人金正日目前正在中国访问，考察中国的经济发展。
金正日这次访问中国是他一年之内对中国的第三次访问。

Train believed to be carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-il arrives in eastern Chinese city of Yangzhou.
A train believed to be carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-il arrived in the eastern Chinese city of Yangzhou on Sunday (May 22) night.
The train was seen driving slowly out of the train station after emptying its passengers out to a vehicle convoy on the train platform.
Security was tight around the Yangzhou train station as police sealed off a section of the roads leading to its compound.
Visitors were also prevented from entering a state guesthouse in the city as security was beefed up at its entrance.
South Korea’s Yonhap News also reported that it appeared Kim has arrived in the scenic city of Yangzhou, near Shanghai. They added it is also possible that Kim may visit Shanghai at some time.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Sunday told South Korean President Lee Myung-bak that Kim Jong-il was indeed travelling through China to study “economic development", Yonhap News reported, citing a South Korean presidential aide.
Wen said Kim’s trip would “offer the opportunity to understand China’s development and utilize it for North Korea’s development", according to Yonhap, citing Lee’s public relations aide Hong Sang-pyo.
Neither China nor its neighbour and ally North Korea has confirmed that Kim is visiting. Both are habitually secretive about such trips.
