【新唐人2012年8月4日讯】在中共中央高层马上就要齐集“北戴河”，敲定未来党和国家领导人的时刻，《求是》杂志重点发表了习近平和汪洋的文章。外界认为，中共党刊在这种关键时刻，在习近平强调坚持“党领导”的文章后，紧跟汪洋关于“坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向”的文章，不仅释放出，中共18大后，企图通过大幅度的经济改革来继续维持它的统治，同时，很可能在告诉大众，汪洋将取代既定的总理候选人李克强，坐上总理位置。
8月1号，《求是》杂志刊登了习近平题为《始终坚持和充分发挥党的独特优势》文章，尾随的是中共中央政治局委员、广东省委书记汪洋的《坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向扎实推进幸福广东建设》。外媒用“意味深长”来形容中共党刊的这种安排。
时政评论员蓝述认为，在“北戴河会议”即将召开的时候，这两篇文章释放出，中共18大交接班人选会发生变化，他说汪洋很可能取代李克强接替温家宝的总理位置。
时政评论员蓝述：“原因是什么呢，中共现在啊，它除了政治处在一种困局之中，经济也处在一种困局之中，所以说，他急需要一个在经济方面比较能干的人，来主持经济工作的大局，而汪洋，他因为在广东省搞了这么多年，广东省是经济大省，所以说，由汪洋取代李克强去接任这个国务院总理，很可能是中共希望通过经济改革的道路，去维持中共政权稳定的出路。”
习近平的文章，是2012年6月28号的讲话。文章呼吁全党同志始终保持先进性和纯洁性，战胜面临的风险、危机和艰难险阻。
“中国公民监政会”发起人郭永丰表示，习近平为了当上总书记，讲话很左，他说他很支持温家宝和汪洋改革派，不过中国人希望的改革不只是经济改革。
“中国公民监政会”发起人郭永丰：“都希望看到习近平上台后，中国确确实实实行政改，但是只是个希望，如果没有社会的压力，你要他改，那是不可能的、那是痴人说梦！中国的改不改，目前力量在民间，民间的力量大、改革派的力量也大，很多人要站出来要推动这个社会的改革，这就不是你习近平当了总书记，就能左右得了的，你必须顺应这个大潮流，你也要主导那个改革，如果你不主导这个改革，你的执政就是失败的。”
蓝述指出，不彻底进行政治改革，换上汪洋当总理，也无法维持中国的稳定。
蓝述：“广东的模式就是大幅度的在经济上进行改革，去维持中共政权的稳定，但是这种做法是走不通的，乌坎模式，汪洋虽然在去年成功的处理了广东乌坎暴动，但是这种所谓成功的处理，只是一种暂时的妥协，因为制造乌坎村民暴动的原因并没有得到解决，造成乌坎民众暴动的最根本原因是中共的腐败、是党的领导核心的腐败，从上到下的。”
外媒评论说，看看汪洋多厉害，要“为发展中国特色社会主义作出新贡献”，这分明就是汪洋的一份入常推荐书？
左派网民“拭目以待”在为薄熙来鸣冤叫屈后，反驳汪洋说：广东何时成了多党执政？汪大忽悠的省委书记如何放权，让其他政党共同管理社会的一切了？愿闻其详细。

CCP Media Promotes New Premier-Candidate?
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) high officials
will soon gather at Beidaihe to finalize the future leaders.
“Seeking Truth” magazine had a special publication
of Xi Jinping and Wang Yang’s articles.
Experts consider that in this critical moment, CCP’s magazine
aims to emphasize “the party leadership” with Xi’s article,
as well as “adhering to the socialist market economy”
with Wang’s article.
This implies the CCP intends to continue its rule through
substantial economic reforms after CCP’s 18th congress.
Meanwhile, it maybe also means that Wang Yang may replace
the candidate Li Keqiang for the Premier’s position.
On August 1, “Seeking Truth” magazine
issued Xi Jinping’s article,
entitled “Always uphold and give full play to
the unique strengths of the party”
And it was followed by Wang Yang’s article,
“Adhere to the direction of socialist market economy reform
and push forward Guangdong’ model Construction of Happiness.”
Wang is a member of CCP’s Central Committee Politburo
and the CCP secretary of Guangdong province.
Foreign media used the word “meaningful”
to describe these publications of the CCP’s magazine.
Current affairs expert Lan Shu thinks, with Beidaihe’ meeting
nearing, the articles indicate power shift at CCP 18th congress.
He said that Wang is likely to replace Li Keqiang
as a successor of Wen Jiabao’s Premier position.
Lan Shu: “What’s the reason? CCP is now not only
in a political dilemma, but it has also economy difficulties.
So it needs a person, capable to handle
the overall economic situation.
And Wang Yang has worked in Guangdong province so many
years. Guangdong province is a major economic province.
Thus, with Wang Yang replacing Li Keqiang as Premier,
it is very likely that CCP wants to maintain its power via the path of economic reform.”
The article of Xi Jinping is from his speech on June 28, 2012,
and is a call to CCP’ cadres to uphold its ‘unique strengths’.
Guo Yongfeng, sponsor of ‘Chinese citizens politics monitor’,
said, Xi’s speech was very leftist, as he is to be the next CCP general secretary.
Guo said, Xi supports the reforms of Wen Jiabao
and Wang Yang.
However, the reforms Chinese people want
are not only the economic reforms.
Guo Yongfeng: “We all want to see that China will carry out
real political reforms after Xi Jinping takes office.
But it’s just a hope. Without social pressure, it’s impossible
even if you want him to change. It’s nonsense!
Whether China will change or not,
at present, the strength is in the civil society.
The bigger the strength of the civil society,
the bigger the strength of the reformists is.
Many people want to stand up for a reform in the society;
this is beyond Xi Jinping as CCP’s general secretary.
You have to conform to the trend. You also need to lead
the reform. Otherwise, your ruling will be a failure.”
Lan Shu pointed out that without a thorough political reform,
it’s unfeasible for Wang Yang to maintain stability as Premier.
Lan Shu: “Guangdong’s model is using significant economic
reforms to maintain the stability of CCP’s regime.
However, this approach will fail in the end.
As to Wukan’s model, Wang Yang succeeded
in handling the riots of Wukan, Guangdong.
However, the so-called successful handling
is just a temporary solution.
Because the real reason for Wukan’s riots
has not been addressed.
The fundamental reason for Wukan’s public riots is CCP’s
corruption and the corruption of CCP’s leadership core,
the corruption from down to the very top of CCP,
the whole CCP leadership core is corrupt.”
Foreign media said, they want to see how strong Wang Yang
is, and how he is going to “conduct a new contribution for the development of socialism with CCP characteristics.”
This is obviously a recommendation letter
for Wang Yang’s entering CCP’s Standing Committee.
Left-wing netizen “Shimuyidai” tried to cry injustice
for Bo Xilai and to refute Wang Yang.
He wrote: “Since when does Guangdong
have a multi-party rule?
How was a liar like Guangdong’ CCP secretary Wang Yang
able to decentralize CCP power and
let other parties participate in the management of society?
I would appreciate further details.”
