The Chinese Regime Seems Nervous on Christmas Day,
Why?

While people are celebrating Christmas worldwide, Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) officials said the CCP had to guard
from infiltration from “foreign power" via Chinese Christians.

In the meantime, some Chinese colleges forcibly prohibited
students from celebrating Christmas.

Why is the CCP feeling nervous about a festival that is widely
celebrated in the world? Let’s look at the following report.

25 December is Christmas Day when Christians celebrate
the birthday of Jesus Christ.

The night of Dec.24 is called Silent Night by westerners.

On the morning of Dec.24, the CCP’s head of religious
affairs Wang Zuo’an visited several churches in Beijing.

Wang warned against infiltration activities of
“foreign power" via Christianity.

He also required Catholics to uphold the CCP principle of
“love our country and love our religion" as always;

And to go “forward along the socialist road".

Jing Chu, Chinese Internet writer:"Now that nobody believes
in socialism, it is funny to see the CCP still talking like that.

None of the CCP officials and leaders believe in socialism.

They always claim how good the socialism is;

Meanwhile they send their children and family to western
countries which they defame or revile on a daily basis."”

Wang also stressed that Christianity in China must stick to
the “Three-Self" principle.
Their followers must be led to contribute
to the “Chinese Dream".

The so-called “Three-Self" principle refers to self-governance,
self-support and self-propagation.

It dissociates Chinese Christians under the CCP’s governance
from all other Christians in the world.

Jing Chu, “The CCP is essentially against humanity
and Christianity.

Any real Christians should not follow what the CCP asks them
to do. Probably the party is nervous about this.

Open suppression of Christianity is not a good idea;

So they created so-called Three-Self churches attempting
to deceive the world."

The truth is, the CCP always had hostility against
Christians in the history.

During the Cultural Revolution, the CCP defined Christian
activities as “state subversion" and “counter-revolution".

In recent years, the CCP-supported Three-Self churches,
which emerged in large numbers.

Wu Zongsu is the son of Wu Zongyao, the initiator of
Three-Self Christianity.

In an open speech in February, Wu Zongsu clearly said Three-
Self churches are 100 percent auxiliary groups of the CCP.

Li Shanjian, political commentator, “The CCP is against
Christianity and other religions as its fundamental principle.

However, it needs to keep religious forms in appearance
to maintain its governance.

Therefore it transformed these religions like it did to
traditional Chinese culture.

It created its own Christian doctrines that appear to be
real teachings but are really not."

The education bureau of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, issued
orders banning local schools from Christmas celebrations.

Some Chinese colleges also prohibited students
from celebrating Christmas.

A Tencent.com report said, students at Modern College of
Northwest University were mandatorily required to watch
a propaganda film of so-called traditional Chinese culture
in the classroom.

Teachers guarded the classroom doors and anyone
celebrating Christmas would be punished.

The college also strung up banners around the campus.

They read “Strive to be outstanding sons and daughters of
China, oppose kitsch Western holidays".

In Hunan Province, some students protested in a local
Christmas event, wearing Han costumes.

They held slogans reading “Chinese Should Not Celebrate
Foreign Festivals", as a protest against Christmas activities.

This resulted in hot controversy.

Li Shanjian, “Chinese culture has belief in celestial beings.

The CCP has destroyed the key elements of our culture
through political movements.

Now when Chinese people talk about Chinese culture, they
are referring to a system that is very superficial and false.

This results from the CCP’s ceaseless brainwashing
propaganda with lies and distorted history."

Last year, the churches in Wenzhou were notified they
should remove the church crosses by themselves.

Since then, crosses of more than 400 churches were forcibly
removed in Wenzhou and other Zhejiang cities, in the name
of “demolition of illegal buildings". Several churches were
also forcibly demolished.

Associated Press reported that, on Dec. 23 a rural Christian
congregation made a new cross by welding metal pieces.

They installed it on the top of the worship hall.

In less than an hour, local CCP officials and uniformed men
invaded the grounds and tore down the cross.

Li Shanjian, “Anyone following religious doctrines must be
out of the CCP’s mind control to some extent.

He will not accept the CCP’s brainwashing with atheist theory.
The CCP regards these people as potential enemies or threats."

Zhou Jinxia is a resident of Dalian City, Liaoning Province.
She used to be a petitioner against forcible house demolition.

Later, she became a member of local House Churches and
had not petitioned for 2 years.

On Christmas day, Zhou went to Zhongnanhai and held up
slogans to evangelize Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan.

Zhou was taken away by police immediately after she reached
Xinhuamen and was sent to a mental hospital.
