【新唐人2014年12月30日讯】总部位于美国纽约的“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”，“追查国际”对中国大陆22个省、5个自治区、4个直辖市的调查结果显示，至少有765家非军队系统的医疗机构，在1999年以后开展了器官移植。12月26号，“追查国际”针对这765家医院的7402名涉嫌活摘法轮功学员器官的医务人员，发布了追查名单。
“追查国际”在报告中指出，这765家非军队系统医院开展器官移植，出现了一些反常现象，如移植器官数量巨大，种类多达24种，医院普遍称供体来源丰富，供体等待时间超短，可开展急诊移植等。
报告说，如果结合“追查国际”10月28号发布的100家中共军队和武警系统医务人员名单，就至少有865家涉嫌活摘法轮功学员器官的医疗机构，这些医院至少已完成肾移植176，267例，肝移植40，170例，心移植1，928例，眼角膜移植137，294例。
“追查国际”发言人汪志远指出，中国器官移植数量迅猛增长的时间，与中共1999年开始对法轮功学员进行非法绑架、关押的时间高度重合。
“追查国际”发言人汪志远：“99年前后是一个分界线，99年以前，器官移植在中国大陆非常少，99年以后，爆炸性的增长。器官移植有个配型，一个器官移植要很多人去配型，才可能找到一个合适的，这很不容易的。在美国，他要做一个肾移植，医生给他登记了，排队，一般都要等3至5年，在中国大陆，他很快，1至2周就可以做肾移植，甚至24小时、48小时，都有在移植的。器官来源之多、之快、之丰富，那一定是背后有一个活人器官库。”
“法轮功人权组织”发言人陈师众指出，“追查国际”报告的数据，来源于医院网站和在大陆医学期刊的论文，这个数据远低于实际移植的例数。
“法轮功人权组织”发言人陈师众：“刚开始镇压法轮功的时候，江泽民下的命令就是，对法轮功怎么都不过分，当时抓捕法轮功学员数量也是非常巨大的，几百上千万了，很多这样的学员可能就被它活摘了，按照上面这个数据统计的话，总共做了十几万例，但这个是发表的，那没发表的数据可能比那还要大。”
报告指出，中国大陆至少有765家非军队系统医疗机构，在1999年以后开展了器官移植，其中包括相当数量的不具备移植手术条件的中医院、法医院、儿童医院，县级单位医院、专科医院等。移植产业给移植医院带来了巨大的利润。
陈师众：“做器官移植的那些医生，有很多不是经过很专业的训练，特别县城那些小医院，很多都是不合格的。中国做的数量虽然多，它的存活率都是远低于国际水平的。实际上就是杀人赚钱、谋财害命，这样一个超额的利润，它一旦做起来以后，它现在也停不下。”
报告还提到，多家医院多台移植手术成批同时进行，例如在中山大学附属第一医院手术室，《广州日报》记者就曾经亲眼目睹5台肝移植、6台肾移植手术同时进行的场景。
汪志远：“江泽民直接下令用法轮功学员器官做器官移植，这个是在对原中共军队总后勤部卫生部的部长白书忠调查的时候，白书忠亲口供出来的，说江泽民、江主席有批示，要用法轮功学员器官做移植，而且要求很强，反复的强调，所以他们就做了很多。这个屠杀是以军队武警作为主体，包括了地方的公检法司，还有地方移植器官的医疗机构，联合进行的一个系统性的群体灭绝性的大屠杀。”
汪志远指出，中共多次炒作死刑犯，但据人权组织“大赦国际”统计，中国每年死刑犯仅1600多人，根本无法满足器官移植需求。
汪志远：“非亲属器官捐赠的配型，匹配率大约有百分之6.5，因此每年实施上千至上万器官移植，需要从十几万到几十万，没有亲缘的人群中寻找配型，这个数量是非常庞大的。每年的死刑犯也就是1600多人，那每年上万的器官移植，这些器官是从哪来的呢？只有一条，就是用法轮功学员器官做供体。”
汪志远表示，今年3月到9月间，“追查国际”对大陆30个省、直辖市的1000多名从事器官移植的医生，进行电话抽样调查，调查显示，中共活摘法轮功学员器官的大屠杀，至今仍在进行。

7,402 Non-Military Medical Staff Alleged to be Involved
in Live Organ Harvesting
World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun
Gong (WOIPFG) latest survey of 22 provinces, 5 autonomous
regions and 4 municipalities found
at least 765 non-military medical institutes in China
started the practice of organ transplant after 1999.
On Dec. 26, WOIPFG released a list of 7,402 medical staff
suspected of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners
from these 765 medical institutes.
WOIPFG observed anomalies in organ transplants at the 765
non-military medical institutes;
these hospitals generally claim to have conducted a huge
number of cases, as many as 24 different types of transplant,
harbor rich sources of donors with short wait time
and capacity for emergency transplant operations.
Combining with the 100 military and armed police medical
facilities released on Oct. 28,
WOIPFG has identified a total of 865 Chinese medical
institutions suspect of conducting live organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners.
Together, these facilities have done at least
176,267 cases of kidney transplant, 40,170 liver transplant,
1,928 heart transplant and 137,294 corneal transplant.
WOIPFG spokesman Wang Zhiyuan indicates that China’s
rapid growth of organ transplantation has a high degree
of overlap in time with the illegal abduction and detention
of Falun Gong practitioners launched by the CCP in 1999.
Wang Zhiyuan: “1999 is a dividing line. Prior to 1999,
there were very few organ transplants in China.
After 1999, there was an explosive growth.
Organ transplants require matching of blood type.
To find one suitable donor, takes many to do the
tests. It is very difficult.
In the US, for one kidney transplant it would take three to five
years waiting time to find a matching organ.
In mainland China, it’s as fast as one or two weeks. Sometimes
even within 24 or 48 hours the transplant can be done.
According to the ample sources, the variety of the organs and
the speed to match, only a living organ bank can explain it."

Chen Shizhong indicates that WOIPFG data is far lower than
the actual number since it was based on mainland hospital
websites and Chinese medical journal articles.
Chen Shizhong: “When the persecution of Falun Gong was
launched, Jiang Zemin commanded that nothing was too
much when it came to dealing with Falun Gong.
A huge number of Falun Gong practitioners were arrested,
tens of millions of them.
I believe many of them have become the victims of live organ
harvest, according to the data of hundreds of thousands of
transplant cases.
But this is based on the published data,
the non-published data must be much greater."
WOIPFG report revealed that current statistics indicate
at least 765 non-military medical institutions have launched
organ transplantation since 1999.
Quite a lot of them were not even qualified to conduct
organ transplants.
Included are Chinese medical hospitals, forensic medicine
hospitals, children’s hospitals, county clinics and specialist clinics.
Organ transplant has brought tremendous wealth
to the facilities that operate the transplant industry.
Chen Shizhong: “Many of those doctors who conducted
organ transplants were not professionally trained,
especially those in the small county hospitals.
Many of them were not qualified.
As so many transplant cases were performed,
the survival rates were far below international standards.
It is in fact murder for money.
The profits are huge. Once it was started, it’s hard to stop."
The report also lists a number of hospitals conducting organ
transplants in batches.
Take the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University
in Guangdong Province, as an example.
Guangzhou Daily journalist once reported and witnessed
five cases of liver transplant and six cases of kidney
transplant taking place simultaneously in the operation room.
Wang Zhiyuan: “Jiang Zemin directly ordered the use of Falun
Gong practitioners as organ donors.
This was stated by Bai Shuzhong, former health minister
of the General Logistics Department.
In our investigation, Bai has said that President Jiang
gave the instruction to use Falun Gong practitioners’ organs
for transplants.
It was a strongly stressed demand, accordingly they have
done many.
The military and armed forces are the main facilities
for this massacre, along with local transplant facilities.
Together they conduct a systematic genocide, the Holocaust."
Wang Zhiyuan criticizes the regime repeatedly hyped up
death row prisoners as organ donors, but in fact
Amnesty International statistics show annual death row
prisoners in China accounted for only 1,600 people;
they can’t meet the demand for organ transplants.
Wang Zhiyuan: “The matching rate of non-family organ
donation is about 6.5%.
To operate thousands to tens of thousands of transplants
annually, it needs hundreds of thousands of donors to find
the appropriate match. It is a huge number.
Every year, executed prisoners account for
about 1,600 people.
But there were tens of thousands of transplants done
in China every year, where did the organs come from?
There is only one way,
that is Falun Gong practitioners’ organs."
Wang Zhiyuan points out, a telephone sample survey
of 1,000 Chinese transplant doctors in 30 provinces
and municipalities between this March and September
clearly shows,
slaughtering of Falun Gong practitioners
for live organ harvesting is ongoing in China today.
