【新唐人2012年11月19日讯】中共十八大刚刚结束，新常委出炉的日子，被薄熙来构陷入狱一年半的原北京律师李庄，向最高人民检察院提起控告，指控重庆公安局李庄案、和龚刚模案专案组警察涉嫌徇私枉法罪。李庄表示，十八大提出要依法治国的所谓新口号，当局是否信守承诺，全中国和全世界都在拭目以待。
李庄向最高人民检察院发出的控告书已经在11月15号寄出，一同寄出的还有控告相关的证据。李庄在《控告书》中提出，李庄案是重庆市一、二审法院在设定必成的观念支配下，完成上级领导交办的任务。
李庄11月18号向《新唐人》表示，他从去年六月出狱以后就已经向中共中央各相关部门写了17封控告信，包括最高人民法院，最高人民检察院和中纪委，一直没有回音。
李庄透露，过去一年重庆法院把他的案件搁置不理，现在十八大刚刚结束，他估计重庆方面将有所动作。
李庄：“去年这一年，重庆法院正在观望等待，现在十八大结束了，过一段时间应该有消息，你等着看吧。”
重庆“变天”已经好几个月，两个涉及“打黑”的主要官员薄熙来和王立军都已经被抓。但是李庄的案件迟迟没有获得平反。重庆大量冤假错案也仍然没有洗清。
李庄：“因为在唱红打黑期间，立功受奖的很多人，现在还在台上，他们都在掌握着实权，而且还在重要的岗位上担任一把手，这些人是极力的疯狂的死守，不愿意让那些冤假错案平反，因为一旦平反，他们会受到追究的。比如说那些专案组的，那些逼供的警察们，比如说那些和警察们一同制造冤假错案的检察官和法官们，这些人不会让你很顺利的平反的。一旦平反，意味着什么？大家很清楚。”
李庄的《控告书》中说，龚刚模在狱中通过他的哥哥龚刚华带信对李庄说，所谓李庄做伪证，都是专案组逼他举报，并且按照专案组编好的文字稿背下来陷害李庄的。
龚刚模还揭露，他被专案组一审强迫不出庭，二审出庭作伪证、背诵书面伪证。开庭时装头痛，不回答问题，故意说方言，不讲普通话，都是专案组警察训练的。
龚刚华向李庄表示歉意，他还做了两小时的录影证词，提供给李庄以及十几位法学教授、律师。
李庄认为，专案组警察明知自己实施的是徇私枉法行为，整个侦查过程中的每一个侦查行为，也都是专案组中每一个警察的个人意志的反映。因此，由此产生的法律后果，专案组每一位警察都负有不可推卸的法律责任。
今年11月2号，李庄在新浪微博中透露，他已经接受龚刚模委托为他的刑事案代理申诉。
李庄是原北京康达律师事务所律师，因代理龚刚模涉黑案，于2009年12月12号被重庆市公安传唤，次日被以涉嫌伪证罪为由逮捕。2010年2月9号，重庆市第一中级法院重新认定，李庄犯伪造证据、妨害作证罪，判处有期徒刑一年半。

New Development Appears in Li Zhuang Case after the
18th Conference
After the 18th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
ended and the newly formed Standing Committee began,
Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang , who has served 18 months in jail,
filed a complaint to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
Li accused Gong Gangmo, a police from Chongqing Public
Security Bureau, of committing favoritism crime.
Li Zhuang stated that since the 18th Congress brought out
a new slogan- the rule of law,
now all the citizens in China are waiting to see
if this promise will be kept.
On Nov. 15th Li Zhuang sent his file and related
evidence to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
In his file, Li Zhuang stated that his case was on the basis
that Chongquing courts must win to complete the task assigned by superiors.
On Nov. 18th Li Zhuang told NTDTV that since last June
after his release from jail, he had sent out 17 sets of documents.
These went to relevant departments, including Supreme People’s
Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate and Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection. However, so far no one has responded.
Li Zhuang revealed that for the past 12 months, Chongqing
courts ignored his case.
Now, the 18th Congress has ended. He estimates that
the Chongqing Courts will act.
Li Zhuang: “Last year, Chongqing courts were sitting on the fence.
Now the 18th Congress has ended, and you can wait and see.”
Chongqing’s “sweeping changes" have lasted for several months.
Two major figures of anti-crime, Bo has Xilai and Wang Lijun,
have been arrested. But Li Zhuang’s case has yet to be vindicated.
Many cases of injustice in Chongqing have not yet been cleared.
Li Zhuang: “During the period of anti-crime,
many people were rewarded for their service.
Unfortunately, they are still in their positions and
possess power.
If all the cases of injustice are now being vindicated,
they will be held accountable.
For example, these policemen and judges
who had helped make these cases possible,
they would not allow your vindication to move smoothly.
Just imagine, what does that mean if you are
vindicated? Everyone is very clear.”
Li Zhuang stated in his accusing file what Gong had done.
When Gong was in jail, Gong’s brother, Gong Ganghua,
brought a letter to Li.
In the letter Gong informed Li that the task force group forced
him to establish the so-called Li Zhuang perjury and
Gong only followed the script to frame Li Zhang.
Gong Gangmo also revealed that he was forced not to
show up during the first trial.
He was forced to commit perjury, recite written perjury,
pretend to have a headache and not answer questions.
And to talk in dialect on purpose.
All these are task force police trainings.
Gong Ganghua apologized to Li Zhuang.
He also made a two-hour video testimony provided to Li
Zhuang as well as a dozen law Professors and lawyers.
Li Zhuang believes that the task force police knowingly
committed the crime.
Every investigative behavior throughout the course of the
investigation is also a personal reflection of the police task force.
Therefore, the resulting legal consequences should be shared
by everyone in the police task force.
Nov. 2nd, 2012, Li Zhuang revealed on his blog that he had
Accepted Gong as his client in a criminal case.
Li Zhuang is a lawyer of the Beijing Kang Da Law Firm and
represented Gong Gangmo in a case involving the Mafia.
Li was summoned on December 12th 2009 by the Chongqing
Municipal Public Security.
The next day, he was arrested on suspicion of perjury.
On Feb.9th 2010, Li was sentenced to a year and half
for falsifying evidence and testimonials.
