CCP Officials: Third and Fourth Generations Take Top Positions.
County Leaders Engaged in Heredity

Recently, there has been continuous news
about family of former leaders of the Chinese
Communist Party’s (CCP)entering officialdom.

Deng Zhuoli is the only grandson of
Deng Xiaoping, the former CCP leader.
The grandson was appointed Deputy Magistrate
of Pingguo county, Baise City, Guangxi Province.

Ye Zhonghao, great-grandson of Ye Jianying,
the deceased CCP elder, was promoted as
CCP Youth League Secretary of Yunfu City.

Chinese media reported that CCP power
handovers are comparable to “Demise”,
popular in China five thousand years ago.

But netizens questioned whether it is demise or heredity?

Yunnan Information Daily reported recently that Deng Zhuoli,
grandson of deceased CCP leader Deng Xiaoping, was
appointed Deputy Magistrate of Pingguo County, Guangxi.

Deng Zhuoli was born in U.S., graduated
from a U.S. university and then worked there.

His nationality is therefore questioned.

Ye Zhonghao, great-grandson of deceased CCP
elder Ye Jianying, was selected to be a member
of Guangdong provincial Youth League Committee.

He is also representative of the 17th
session of Central Youth League.
Ye Zhonghao’s grandfather is Ye Xuanping,
former Governor of Guandong.
Online information sources suggests that
Ye Zhonghao was born in the U.S. as well.

In Mainland China, not only the third and fourth generations
of CCP elders have started their career in CCP officialdom.

Many county level officials were appointed by heredity.

Xinhua News Agency confirmed that Wang Qing,
Vice Mayor of Leiyang City, Hengyang City, Hunan
Province, is daughter of former mayor Wang Lizhong.
Hengyang Municipal Organization Department claimed that
Wang Qing past the adult-college entrance examination and
earned a college and university degree by on the job learning.

Netizens suggest there are hundreds of millions of university
students who are poor, and who have unsatisfying jobs.
How can Wang Qing, a secondary school
student take the position as Vice Mayor?

It undermines academic education.

Yin Deyi, a Beijing freelance writer commented.

The possibility that Chinese society is moving
in a good direction becomes less and less.

At county level, there are many political family networks.

Each member of the family may control the power
in different main functional administrations and units.

Yin Deyi: “In higher levels, it relies
more on relationships and friendships.
For example, the third and fourth generations
that were described by Deng Xiaoping.

Xi Jinping is one of them.

In fact, now Deng Zhuoli is also a pawn of their
political layout, and a target that they like to groom.

In China, this kind of thing are becoming more public.”

Another official that was promotion
rapidly rocketed is Xu Tao.
Xu is a 27-year-old Deputy Magistrate
of Xiangtan County, Hunan Province.
A few days ago, he was officially removed
because of big pressure from public opinion.

Li Yexing, a university teacher, said that there
are also many examples of families whose different
generations are politicians in Taiwan and the U.S.

For example, Ma Ying-jeou, or the Bush adminstration,
are recognized by people, and were voted by people.

Li Yexing: “The biggest different is they are
democratic societies, and are voted in by people.
The election process is open and transparent, but in
China, these processes are operated in a black-box.
It’s not agreed by people, and
people don’t have the right to know.

Why did he take position of deputy magistrate?

Did he pass the exam of the civil service? We don’t
know. Is his nationality American? We don’t know.”

Yan Wangli, a lawyer from Changde City, Hunan Province,
said that no matter who his grandfather is, each person
should have a freedom to choose his career.

It was also questioned why people are so concerned about
second and third generations of CCP elders taking office?

Yan Wangli: “Because the CCP selection
process for officialdom isn’t transparent.

So, why does everybody feel angry?

Because there’s no fair competition,
no transparent monitoring system.

So, when people see the second generations taking
leading positions, people think they are not promoted
by their capability, but by their parents and grandparents.”

Yin Deyi said that due to this CCP “hereditary phenomenon”,
people can see that CCP is unwilling to give up its power.
Unless there’s a huge change,
the CCP won’t bow to the people.

Yin Deyi: “Maybe they expect to lead the
country for hundreds of thousands of years.
This phenomenon is recognized by people.
Now it only needs a little bit more time.
I believe that Chinese people
won’t allow this to continue.

Now, it only need a little bit more time.”

Hong Kong media have commented that in the CCP
officialdom, it is the corrupt, the children of officials,
and the rich that occupy the key positions, or positions
that allow promotion through the parents position.

How can normal people have a China Dream?

The “Heredity Wave” blocks fairness and justice within
the officialdom, and removes hope from normal people.

“Study hard to make a political career” is blocked,
and people have to stand on the opposite side
of the regime and ask for reform, even revolution.
