以揭露腐败官员戴名贵手表,而闻名网路的大陆网友“花总丢了金箍棒”,据传已被警方控制,成为中共严厉限制网路言论自由、打击网路名人——“大V”行动的又一个被拘捕者。
大陆《南方都市报》最新发出的快讯说,北京公安局朝阳分局刑警大队的警察表示,“花总”作为嫌疑人正在接受审讯。
香港《南华早报》援引消息人士的话说,星期二下午,有看到“花总”戴着手铐。
警方没有透露“花总”涉及的具体罪名,但有消息说,应该跟网路谣言有关。
报导说,“花总”近年来揭发了近百名手戴价格昂贵名表的官员,其中多人受到调查,后因贪腐犯罪而落马或被判刑入狱。
北京机场爆炸案开庭 数百访民围观
备受关注的“冀中星北京机场爆炸案”,9月17号开庭审理,大批访民到场声援,高喊“冀中星无罪”,当局出动大批警察维稳。
据现场访民告诉《新唐人》记者,庭外围观者多达5~600人,维稳警察至少有1~200。
据大陆《维权网》报导,中共当局提前几天,开始限制一些维权人士的自由,不允许他们前往声援冀中星。
北京知名维权人士胡佳也在“推特”发文表示,他和一些北京的维权者都受到当局软禁,无法前往申请旁听或庭外围观。希望有条件的北京市民前往声援“体制受害者冀中星”,声援两位维权律师。
“双规”致死案 律师被赶出法庭
温州官员于其一“双规”期间非正常死亡案件,9月17号在浙江衢州市中级人民法院开庭审理,6名参与于其一“双规”调查的地方官员作为被告出庭。
但是庭审期间,受害人于其一家属委托的两名代理律师,不能提问,并被赶出法庭,而庭审继续进行。
据《法国国际广播电台》报导,代理律师之一浦志强表示,开庭之前,代理律师没有被允许阅读案卷了解案情,因此,对于其一被双规的原因、被害的情况都不了解,在法庭上,他们想提问,但法庭不允许,于是产生冲突,两名律师被轰出法庭。
湖南村民抱逼迁官员一起自焚
9月16号,湖南洪江库区发生一起因强迁引起的自焚事件,造成四人受伤。
《维权网》报导,当天下午,洪江库区托口电站搬迁指挥部官员王美风等人,带着挖土机前往托口镇新塘村,强行推倒村民张小军家的房屋及果树。张小军气愤之下,点燃自己,并抱住王美风,要与她同归于尽。
据现场目击者说,张小军全身烧伤,王美风则烧伤双腿,在场的张小军母亲和侄子也被烧伤。

Prominent Online Blogger “Huazong” Arrested
“Huazong” is a well-known netizen, and whistleblower
of corrupt officials wearing luxury branded watches.
He is reported to be detained by police, and has
become another “Big V” (online commentator) detainee.
This is under the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) crack down on online free speech.
China’s Southern Metropolis Daily cited Beijing
police, saying that “Huazong” is facing trial.
Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post cited sources that
on Tuesday afternoon, they saw “Huazong” handcuffed.
Police didn’t disclose details of the allegations.
Sources speculate that it likely has something
to do with spreading “rumors” online.
Reports said that “Huazong” has exposed nearly
a hundred officials who wearing luxury watches.
Several of them were under investigation, and
later were dismissed on accusations of corruption.
Some were sentenced to jail.
Hundreds of Petitioners Support Beijing Airport Bomber While On Trial
Ji Zhongxing, who was responsible for
setting off a homemade bomb in Beijing
Capital Airport, faced trial on Sept. 17.
Many petitioners went to the venue in support of Ji.
They shouted “Ji Zhongxing is innocent”.
The authorities sent many police to the site.
Petitioners told NTD that 500 to 600 people waited outside
the court, and at least one or two hundred police arrived.
Chinese Human Rights Defenders website
reported that the authorities began to control
some activists’ freedom days before the trial.
Activists are not allowed to go and support Ji.
Beijing activist Hu Jia tweeted that several Beijing
activists and himself were under house arrest.
They couldn’t make their way to support Ji.
Hu hopes Beijing citizens can go to support
Ji and his lawyers, if circumstances allow.
Yu Qiyi’s Lawyers Taken Out Of Courtroom
On Sept. 17, Quzhou Intermediate Court in
Zhenjiang opened the trial for Yu Qiyi’s death.
Six officials who were involved in Yu’s
investigation were prosecuted, and stood in court.
During the trial, Yu’s two lawyers
were not allowed to ask questions.
In addition, they were taken out of the
courtroom, as the case continued inside.
Radio France Internationale reported that one
of Yu’s lawyer Pu Zhiqiang spoke about the trial.
Before the trial opened, they were refused
to be allowed to read Yu’s file of the case.
Thus they don’t know the reason why Yu was
dismissed from his position, nor how he died.
Hunan Villager Sets Himself and Official on Fire
On Sept. 16, a self-immolation
incident took place in Hunan Province.
This was in protest against forced
demolition. Four people injured in the incident.
Chinese Human Rights Defenders
website reported on the incident.
Wang Meifeng and other officials from Tuokou
power station in Hongjiangku District brought
earth moving machines to Xintang village.
They forcibly demolished Zhang Xiaojun’s
house and pushed their trees down.
Zhang was so angry that he grabbed and held
Wang Meifeng, setting Wang and himself alight.
According to witnesses, Zhang Xiaojun was burned all
over his body, and Wang Meifeng’s legs were burned.
Zhang’s mother and his nephew were burned and injured.
