【新唐人2013年12月03日讯】传周永康被捕 文件已传达至厅局级
加拿大《星岛日报》12月2号晚间报导,北京当局当天起在司厅局级官员层面传达一份“重要文件”,内容谈及前中共政治局常委周永康因“企图政变及腐败”被拘捕。
报导说,据消息灵通人士透露,中共将以中纪委为主,调查周永康等政治、经济及生活作风等严重问题。
报导指出,导致周永康面临灭顶之灾的最主要原因,是在薄熙来事件中有企图政变的行为,这是践踏了北京可以容忍的政治底线。
台湾《联合报》也在2号凌晨引述北京消息人士的话报导说,周永康已被中纪委拘捕,罪名是贪污腐败。
《联合报》在报导中说,中纪委和中宣部将于当天发布正式消息。
不过,到记者截稿时,中共官方并没有发布相关消息。
新余三君子案开庭前 证人被软禁
江西省新余市刘萍等人被控涉嫌“非法集会”案,12月3号将再次开庭。不过,开审前,相关证人已遭到当局控制。
据《自由亚洲电台》报导,刘萍的女儿廖敏月表示,当地12位愿为被告出庭作证的证人,目前已被警方及有关人员监控及软禁,不能出门。
被称为“新余三君子”的刘萍、魏忠平和李思华,因公开要求官员公开个人财产,今年4月被逮捕,并且分别被控以“非法集会罪”、“扰乱公共场所秩序罪”及“利用邪教组织破坏法律实施罪”。10月28号案件第一次开庭时,三位当事人认为法官的违法行为,已无法令律师在庭上作正常辩护,只有另聘律师,案件押后到本周二再审。
这次将出庭的六名辩护人是张雪忠、杨学林、杨金柱、 张培鸿、周泽、浦志强。这个律师组合被称为“最强辩护律师团队”。
访民杀黑保安案 被指疑点重重
河南鹤壁市访民巩进军杀死截访者一案,访民声援活动持续不断,在京的30多名访民连续5天在街头呼吁﹕巩进军是抗黑除恶,不应判罪。上海44名访民12月1号也发表联署声明,抗议地方当局暴力截访,访民认为巩进军的行为属于对暴力的自卫,是无罪的。
还有访民质疑作案凶器﹕刀的来源,认为案件存在疑点,
据《自由亚洲电台》报导,黑龙江鸡西访民沈福田表示,“马家楼”黑监狱连打火机都会被收走,怎么可能允许一个带刀的巩进军存在。
访民们要求警方公开曾关押巩进军的“马家楼”黑监狱的监控录像,公布事件真相。

Rumors: Document to Arrest Zhou Yongkang Granted
On Dec. 2, Sing Tao Daily in Canada reported that Beijing
officials sent an “important document” to provincial-levels.
It mentions that Zhou Yongkang, former member of the
Standing Committee was arrested for allegedly “plotting a
military coup and corruption.”
The report says, sources cite the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection (CCDI) leads the investigation on Zhou.
It includes other serious problems in his political, economic
and life style, etc.
The report points out that, the main reason which leads Zhou
to face the extinctive disaster, is his attempt to plot a military
coup during the Bo Xilai incident. It violated Beijing’s base
line of political tolerance.
On Dec. 2, Taiwan’s United Daily News (UDN) also cited
Beijing’s sources.
It said that Zhou has been arrested by CCDI
on the allegation of corruption.
UDN says that the CCDI and Central Propaganda
Department will release the news on the same day.
However, until finishing this report, the Chinese regime
hasn’t announced the related news.
Witnesses Were Under House Arrest Before
The Trial of Three Dissidents in Xinyu
Liu Ping and others in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province
were accused of “illegal assembly”.
On Dec. 3, the trial will be re-opened. However, before the trial
started, witnesses were already controlled by the regime.
According to Radio Free Asia (RFA) , Liu Ping’s daughter
Liao Minyue said, 12 local witnesses were willing to testify.
They are now controlled by the police and
have been placed under house arrest.
Liu Ping, Wei Zhongping and Li Sihua are called
“Xinyu Three Gentlemen”.
Because they requested that officials disclose their
personal assets, they were arrested in April 2013.
They were accused of “illegal assembly”, “disturbing public
order” and “using cult organization to undermine legal
implementation”.
During the first hearing on Oct.28, the three defendants
believed the judge was behaving ilegally.
So their defendant lawyers couldn’t defend
in the court as normal.
They had to hire other lawyers, so
the case was delayed to this Tuesday.
The six defending lawers who are going to attend the hearing
are: Zhang Xuezhong, Yang Xuelin, Yang Jinzhu, Zhang
Peihong, Zhou Ze and Pu Zhiqiang.
The lawyers’ group was said to be the strongest legal team.
The Case of Petitioner Killing A Security Guard
Questioned by the Public
Petitioner Gong Jinjun in Hebi City, Henan Province,
killed a guards in defense of himself.
Many petitioners held activities to support him. More than
30 petitioners appealed in Beijing for five days.
They said: “Gong Jinjun is fighting against black
forces, he should not be sentenced. “
On Dec. 1, 44 Shanghai petitioners issued a joint statement
protesting against local authority violently suppressing
petitioners. Petitioners believe that Gong’s behavior was
self-defense and that he is innocent.
Some petitioners questioned the source of the knife.
They said there are many loopholes in the case.
According to Radio Free Asia reports, petitioner Shen Futian
in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province said that in Majialou black
prison, even the lighter will be taken away, so how could it
allow Gong Jinjun to bring a knife in with him.
The petitioners asked the police to show Gong Jinjun’s video
in Majialou black prison, to release the truth of the incident.
