【新唐人2015年02月10日讯】中共目前正在高调热炒一个国际宣传短片，党媒把它称为“中共霸气国际英文宣传片”，并声称，中共党员看了会热血沸腾，普通民众看了会备受鼓舞。不过社交网络上却是骂声一片，不少网友痛批这支宣传短片党国不分。
这支宣传片，片长约3分钟，以英文发音为旁白，搭配中英文字幕。镜头扫过中国长城、故宫、茶园、江南水乡、上海黄浦江等场景，想要说明中国是“一个古老而又朝气蓬勃的国家”，而码头、高铁、建筑地盘，与贫穷农村、工厂烟囱、垃圾处理站、挤拥的城市街道等场景，则希望说明中国“快速成长但发展不平衡，充满机遇却又面临无数挑战”。
之后，有6名不同身份、不同年龄的人说出各自的梦想：“我想明年有个好收成”、“我想开个小饭馆”、“我想养老金能不能再多一点”、“我想娶个漂亮媳妇”、“我想天更蓝水更清”、“我想大家都不打仗”。
这时片中出现“中共一大会址”，而旁白是“人民对美好生活的梦想，就是我们的奋斗方向”。
新疆维权人士张先生：“它(中共)和人民利益是背道而驰的，这个片子，现在社会上到处都在进行这类的宣传，感觉到很无耻、很无奈，但是他们掌握了资源，他们就是灌输这些无耻的宣传，它就是从思想上积极实行愚民教育，维护自己统治吧！”
北京社会活动家胡佳：“国际社会根本不搞所谓的宣传Propaganda，Propaganda是一种灌输性国家主义的东西，这只有在东欧、前苏联、古巴、越南这些社会主义国家搞，朝鲜经常出这样的片子。这些东西，海外根本就没有人看的，就连令人耻笑都沦不上。”
《中国网》报导称，这支短片实际上是在2013年完成的，但在当时并没有特别推广。现在回头来看这个宣传片，你会理解中国共产党面向全球的姿态。如果你是党员，一定会感觉热血沸腾﹔如果你是普通群众，相信也会觉得备受鼓舞。
网友秀才江湖：“有了共产党以后，各种黑暗、各种丑恶，各种奇怪的、荒唐的事情层出不穷，什么计划生育，什么劳教啊，它这个画面就是一种假象，刻意营造和谐的氛围，找一些临时演员说农业发展、工业发展、娶媳妇，奋发向上那种假象，其实它要真实走进中国，看到我们没有人权、没有自由、没有民主，这个记录片完全是蒙蔽百姓来的。”
北京社会活动家胡佳指出，这支具有欺骗性的宣传片，能起到一定的负面作用。
胡佳：“它这个帝国是用谎言建立的，65年来，它这个谎言的堆砌，把一些人的历史观给扭曲了，也确实每天有上亿的国民乖乖的坐在电视机前看新闻连播，普通老百姓里边也确实有一批人爱看新闻连播，这个片子出来以后，肯定还是有人看了以后为之一振吧，因为它花钱弄出来的东西也有一定的欺骗性、洗脑性。”
虽然有一些人称这支片子“很感人”，但也有不少网民质疑这支短片偷换概念，“党国不分”。有网友甚至大胆直言：“我爱的是中国，不是共产党”。
对于片中宣传的：“8000万中国共产党党员，与13亿中国人民一起”、“追梦的路上，我们并肩前行。”有网友说：别挡路就谢天谢地了…还一起走…吓死我了。
还有网友对“八千万”进行调侃：千万不能宪政，千万不能承认历史，千万不能选举，千万不能法治，千万不能看美剧，千万不能公开官员财产，千万不能丢掉党产，千万不能新闻自由，千万不能网络开放，千万不能失去荣华富贵。
据了解，这支短片是“复兴路上工作室”制作的，这个工作室此前曾制作了备受关注的卡通短片《领导人是如何炼成的》，外界一致推测，这个工作室应该有官方背景。有网友指出：“复兴路上工作室”好聪明啊，正面都是党的领导功绩，反面都是社会发展问题。

The CCP International short Propaganda Video
became popular online.
The CCP mouthpiece labeled it an arrogant CCP international
English propaganda video and claimed the video
made Party members blood boil and inspired common people.
However, there are all kinds of condemnation
on social networking sites.
Many netizens criticized the video regardless
of party-state.
Chinese Propaganda Video “The Communist Party of China
is With You Along The Way" became popular online again
after it launched a year ago.
The short film is about three minutes long
with English voice-over and Chinese subtitles.
The video features China’s Great Wall, the Imperial Palace,
tea garden, the Jiangnan watery town, Shanghai Huangpu
River and other scenes to say China
is an ancient as well as youthful country.
The scene of the wharf, the high-speed rail, construction site,
poor village, factory chimneys, garbage disposal stations,
crowded city streets hope to tell of China’s rapid growth
with unbalanced development which means it is full
of opportunity, along with untold challenges.
Later, six people of different ages with different identities
articulate their own ambitions in the video: “I want to have
a good harvest next year," “I want to open a small restaurant,"
“I want a little more pension," “I want to have a pretty wife,"
“I hope the sky bluer and clearer water," “I want war free."
Then the address of the First CCP National Congress appears
in the video with the narration of “people’s better life dream
is our goal."
Xinjiang activist Mr Zhang: “It (CCP) runs contrary
to the people’s interest.
This kind of Propaganda Video is everywhere
in the community which makes us feel very shameful
and helpless.
However, they feed such shameless propaganda
because they mastered the resources.
They actively implement obscurant education ideologically
to maintain their rule."
Beijing activist Hu Jia: “The international community
doesn’t engage in the so-called propaganda.
Propaganda is an indoctrination of nationalism and only
existing in the socialist countries including Eastern Europe,
the Soviet Union, Cuba, Vietnam.
North Korea often has such film.
Nobody enjoys it overseas.
So it even doesn’t deserve to be mocked."
The website China.com reported that this video
was completed in 2013, but not specially promoted.
Now looking back, you will understand the CCP’s posture
to face the global community.
If you are a party member, it will certainly make your blood
boil; if you are ordinary people, you will be inspired for sure.
Netizen ID “Xiucai Jianghu": “All kinds of strange, dark,
ugly and ridiculous things even including family planning
and labor camp come out one after another after
the Communist Party rule.
The video is false because it deliberately depicted
a harmonious atmosphere by finding some extras to discuss
agricultural development, industrial development,
marriage, or making progress to give some false illusion.
If you really go into China, you will know we have
no human rights, no freedom, no democracy.
This video is totally to hoodwink people."
Beijing activist Hu Jia pointed out that this deceptive video
can play a negative role.
Hu Jia: “The Empire is built with lies and it distorted
some people’s historical senses.
There are indeed some people including normal people
inside the empire who enjoy Xinwen Lianbo.
So some people might be inspired after watching the video
because the video, which money was spent on,
is certainly deceptive and brainwashing."
Although some people say the video is very touching,
there are still many netizens questioning the video’s disguised
replacement of concept regardless of the party-state.
Some netizens even speak up, “I love China,
not the Communist Party."
The publicity from the film: “80 million Chinese
Communist Party members are together
with the 1.3 billion Chinese people", “We move forward
together to catch the dream."
Some netizens commented, “I am really scared because
we already feel thankful if you do not get in the way.
Don’t mention going together."
Some netizens mocked the 80 million figure:
“Do not use Constitutionalism, do not accept the history,
do not vote, do not rule with law, do not watch
the US video, do not public the official property,
do not lose party assets, do not have press freedom,
do not open network, do not lose wealth."
It is said that this video was made by Fuxing Road Studio.
They also produced the short cartoon film,
“How to become a leader."
It’s believed the Fuxing Road Studio
is tied to the government.
Some netizens said the Fuxing Road Studio
is so cunning because the positive achievements
all belong to the Party and the opposite
are all social development issues.
