Finance sector: CCP Destroying Confidential Documents

An anonymous worker in Mainland China’s finance sector
told overseas Chinese media “Secret China”, that recently,
Chinese authorities conveyed an order to each financial
sector level to delete and destroy all confidential documents issued by the central authorities.
Chief Officers of each department need to sign off after exact
acts are performed, and subsequently report to the next level of management within the institution.

“Secret China” reported that according to this individual
from the Chinese finance sector,
confidential documents issued from the central leadership
in the past few years have mostly pertained to the persecution of Falun Gong.
It is almost certain that the central leadership’s recent order
to destroy the evidence is in order to avoid the liquidation after 13 years of persecution of Falun Gong.

There are three levels of CCP classified documents-
Top Secret, Confidential, and Secret.
This recent order to “the People’s Bank of China"
is categorized as Confidential and Urgent.
There was also a document issued on April 19, 2006
which stated that all financial institutions must conduct
a comprehensive investigation of RMB bills
in the inventory and the automated teller machines.
Bills inscribed with Falun Gong slogans are considered
damaged and are to be immediately collected and
reported to the People’s Bank and
the public security department.

Bank staff: “About Falun Gong is it?"
Reporter: “Yes, is there a rule?"
Bank staff: “You can bring them to the counter and have them replaced.
We collect them as damaged bills."
Reporter: “This is true for every bank?"
Bank staff: “Yes, yes, banks have to collect them as damaged bills."

Bank staff told New Tang Dynasty TV that bills with
Falun Gong slogans can not circulate in the market.
But Mainlanders indicated that there’s no effect.

Mainland businessman Mr. Yao: “Those bills still work
in the market. It does not matter.
Sometimes we do get those bills, and we still use them."

The anonymous individual from the finance sector thought
it odd for the central authorities to delete and destroy all classified.
It seemed the CCP’s final day is near.

“World Organization To Investigate the Persecution Of
Falun Gong" spokesman Wang Zhiyuan believes
recent incidents such as the brave 300 villagers calling for the
release of a Falun Gong practitioner with their thumbprints
and so forth have put CCP under pressure.
This reflects anti-persecution is ubiquitous in China.

Wang Zhiyuan: “The CCP is forced by this pressure;
they want to destroy evidence to avoid the next even bigger incident. It is very likely."

Wang Zhiyuan also indicates that since its establishment
on January 20, 2003,
the World Organization To Investigate the Persecution Of
Falun Gong has obtained a wealth of evidence.
He calls on the immediate stop of the persecution.

Wang Zhiyuan: “There is sufficient evidence to bring
these criminals to the history and the court.
Whether or not the confidential documents are destroyed,
they will not escape the trial from the history."

On June 10, 1999, the CCP launched “the central guiding
group versus Falun Gong”
which has conducted persecution of Falun Gong practitioners
through the subordinated “610 Office”.
Due to the non-stop effort of overseas human rights
organizations to collect evidence of the persecution,
the Communist regime has forever denied the 610 Office’s
existence when questioned by the UN and overseas journalists.
No public “610 Office" statement is allowed; the relevant
articles are not only categorized as “Top Secret classified”,
but also “To Be Retrieved” for the purpose of being destroyed.

However, since 2006, persecution evidence has been collected
as CCP confidential documents have been exposed.
