【禁闻】遭中共悬赏20万通缉 藏僧亲述逃亡经历

【新唐人2014年05月30日讯】西藏僧侣果洛久美(Golog Jigme) 上星期逃往印度。28号他举行了记者会,讲述他的逃亡经历,及抗议中共的原因,他还呼吁国际社会关注藏人悲惨的处境。果洛久美曾协助拍摄《远离恐惧》这部反映藏人心声的纪实影片,而被当局拘捕。

现年44岁的果洛久美是四川省甘孜州色达县人,2008年和2009年,两度被当局拘捕,并遭受酷刑虐待。

果洛久美5月18号抵达印度达兰萨拉, 28号上午他在达兰萨拉“西藏饭店”举行记者会。据报导,记者会上,果洛久美“就抗议中共治藏政策、三度被捕受虐及生死逃亡过程等方面,以七个重点,作了详细介绍。”

果洛久美表示,中国(中共)政府不准达赖喇嘛返回西藏、强迫藏人反对和诬蔑达赖喇嘛、以强制手段在寺院展开爱国教育、消灭藏民族和西藏语言、让藏人的经济利益严重受损、试图掩盖藏人的真实处境及所寄予的期盼、总以共产党是天地之主的诳语强占或没收本土藏人的土地等,是他抗议中国(中共)政府的主要原因。

果洛久美最近一次被捕,是2012年在甘肃的“拉卜楞寺”,罪名是散播有关西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛的传单。 第三次被捕后,他察觉当局准备杀害他,而开始了逃亡。

果洛久美说,他努力解开脚镣,在冰天雪地的喜马拉雅山区躲藏了20个月,这期间他靠着向当地游牧民族乞讨,才勉强活下来。

两个月后,当局却以“故意杀人罪”,悬赏20万元,缉拿果洛久美。

“记者无国界”组织今年4月,将果洛久美列入“百名新闻自由”英雄榜。

自2007年起,果洛久美协助自学成才的电影制作人顿珠旺青(Dhondup Wangchen) 收集资料,拍摄记录片《远离恐惧》。长25分钟的《远离恐惧》,访问了108名西藏境内不同背景和年龄层的藏人,谈他们对北京政府的统治、和对北京奥运会及达赖喇嘛的真正想法。

顿珠旺青也因拍摄这部影片,在2008年3月被捕,当局以“颠覆国家政权罪”在2009年12月28号,判处顿珠旺青六年徒刑。今年6月5号,顿珠旺青将刑满获释。

果洛久美在记者会上呼吁北京当局“如期释放顿珠旺青”。

一名参加果洛久美记者会的印度藏人边巴泽让,29号接受了《新唐人》的电话采访。他也是一名由中国逃到印度的藏人 。

印度藏人边巴泽让﹕“也就是偷渡过来的。我们或许就是中共政府说的:黑名单里面的人。所以就拿不到护照,没有护照的话你根本就不能出去,所以只能偷渡。也就是经过一些比较颠仆的一些路面。然后就是,偷渡出来的。”

边巴泽让表示,他在1988、89年的时候,在西藏拉萨政府部门工作,因为参加抗议活动而被关,出狱后他曾在当地开餐厅谋生,因陆续被警察骚扰,又被关了几次,最后被迫离开西藏,逃往印度。

边巴泽让:“中共政府的宪法里面有些规定,西藏的话,就是根本就不履行。在西藏,主要他们以维稳为主,所以这样一来的话,汉族和藏族之间,矛盾以后就越来越大了。再一个是中共的宪法里本身就有规定,就是,民族之间是平等,有人格、言论自由,有宗教自由。而在西藏的话,根本就不执行这些。”

边巴泽让表示,中共对藏人的文化、环境进行多方面的破坏,他也呼吁中共当局了解藏人,从另一个角度来看待西藏问题。

边巴泽让:“每个人都有信仰,西藏整个百分之百的佛教徒,对我们来说的话信仰是最重要的。政府就是不让我们信仰,关键是这个问题。中国政府还有中国人民,你要真正的去了解西藏的问题,因为在西藏境内已经发生一百四十多人自焚,为什么那么多人去自焚﹖希望中国政府好好去调查一下这些事情。”

而果洛久美在记者会上则呼吁世界各国政府支持正义,关注藏区严峻的局势,及藏人悲惨的处境;他还呼吁国际社会向中共当局施加压力,停止一切有损西藏正义事业的活动等。

Tibetan Monks Fled To India and Recounted the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP)’s Persecution With Pain

Tibetan monk Golog Jigme fled to India last week.
May 28, he talked about his escape experience and the reason
for hostility against the CCP;
he also called international attention to the tragic
Tibetan situation in conference.

Golog Jigme was arrested because helped to produce the
documentary style film “Leaving Fear Behind" which expressed
the Tibetan aspiration.

Aged 44, Golog Jigme is from Gansu was arrested twice
and subjected to torture in 2008 and 2009.

Golog Jigme arrived at Dharamsala on May 18 and held a press
conference in the Tibet hotel on May 28 morning.
It is said that Golog Jigme detailed in his introduction theCCP’s
Tibetan policy his three times arrest and escape experience
and so on in 7 important points in conference.

Golog Jigme said the main reasons that he is against the CCP
is that the CCP
don’t allow the Dalai Lama to return,
forcing Tibetans to turn against
and slander the Dalai Lama;
launching patriotic education in monasteries
using strong arm tactics to eradicate
the Tibetan people and language; severely
damaging the Tibetan economy;
hiding the real Tibetan situation and
expectations; seizing or confiscating Tibetan land
with the lie that the
CCP is the lord of heaven and earth.

Golog Jigme was most recently arrested in 2012 in Gansu Labrang
monastery on charges of spreading leaflets about Tibetan
spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
After the third arrest, he realized the authorities were going
to kill him and so he prepared to flee.

Golog Jigme said he tried to unlock his fetters and hid in the depths
of the Himalayas for 20 months relying on begging from local
nomads to barely survive.

Two months later, the authorities issued a reward of
200 thousand Yuan
for the capture ofGolog Jigme
on charges of intentional homicide.

Reporters Without Borders (RWB) organization listed Golog
Jigme to the armory of hundreds of press-freedom in April.

Since 2007, Golog Jigme assisted self-taught filmmaker Dhondup
Wangchen to collect information and film
the documentary “Leaving Fear Behind".
There are 108 Tibetans with different backgrounds and ages talking
about their real thoughts about the domination of Beijing
government, Beijing Olympic Games
and the Dalai Lama in a 25 minute film.

Dhondup Wangchen was arrested in March 2008 due to the
film on charges of inciting subversion of state power
and sentenced
to six years in prison on Dec 28, 2009.
Dhondup Wangchen will be released on June 5 2014.

Golog Jigme called on the authorities to release Dhondup
Wangchen on schedule at the press conference.

A Tibetan in India Bianba Zerang said he is a Tibetan escaped
from China to India in NTD interview on May 29.

India Tibetan Bianba Zerang: “We are on the CCP’s blacklist
and unable to go out without a passport.
So we have to be smuggled here after some rough ride."

Bianba Zerang said he was working in Tibet Lhasa government
and detained because of participating in protest in 1988 and 1989.
He tried to live with a local restaurant after release; but was
harried by police and detained a few times.
Later, he had to flee to India from Tibet.

Bianba Zerang: “Tibet simply doesn’t follow the Chinese
government’s constitution.
They mainly maintain stability in Tibet which increased tension
between Tibetans and Chinese.
The CCP Constitution said there is ethnic equality
and the Tibetans
have personal rights, and freedom of speech and religion.
They don’t follow it in Tibet."

Bianba Zerang said the CCP has damaged Tibetan culture and
environment in various aspects.
He also called on the Chinese authorities to understand Tibetans
and take care of Tibet issues from another perspective.

Bianba Zerang: “Everyone has faith.
Tibet has one hundred percent of Buddhists; so the faith
is the most important thing to us.
The problem is the government doesn’t allow our faith.
The Chinese government and the Chinese people should really
know the Tibet issue because there are more than 140
self-immolation cases in Tibet.
I hope the Chinese government can investigate why so many
self-immolation cases."

At the press conference, Golog Jigme called for
international governments to support
justice, and pay attention to the grim and tragic situation in Tibet.
He also called on the international community to exert pressure
on the Chinese authorities to stop all detrimental activities to the
just cause of Tibet and so on.
