据俄罗斯媒体7月17号报导，俄罗斯一艘巡逻艇16号在日本海俄罗斯专属经济区炮击一艘挂有中共五星旗的渔船。渔船上17名渔民中，1人失踪。目前，渔船和船上的25吨鱿鱼被扣。俄方声称渔船被押送到俄罗斯纳霍德卡港作进一步调查。
大陆外交部截至17号晚9点仍没有对事件作出回应，仅大陆驻俄罗斯哈巴罗夫斯克总领事馆向大陆媒体证实，有大陆渔船被俄罗斯扣留，但是否有渔民失踪，还需要进一步确认。
这则新闻在大陆网路上引起热烈讨论，因为过去大陆官方总是宣传中俄有坚实的友谊，共同抵抗“美帝”，发生这样的事件让大陆网友群情激愤。很多人谴责中共对内暴政，对外欺软怕硬如脓包。有人讥讽“中俄友谊”靠中共上贡维持，还有人翻出中共前总书记江泽民向俄罗斯出卖数百万国土的丑闻。
网友(wangyilinshigong)讥讽说，“99年主动送出土地，现在还遭到炮击，看来又该上贡土地了，干脆把黑龙江秘密签了吧。”
2009年，俄罗斯舰艇也曾击沉大陆“新星”号货轮，并导致船上8名水手遇难。
天津大火再爆内幕 死者按车祸处理
天津蓟县商场特大火灾，最近一直是海内外各界关注和议论的热点话题，尽管天津当局对蓟县大火死亡真实人数下了封口令，但民间的爆料一直没有停止。
据《大纪元》新闻网7月17号引述消息人士的话说，蓟县莱德大火除了官方公布的10人死亡名单外，其余死者一律按车祸死亡处理，家属签字后才可以领取遗体和61万元安抚金，以作为封口费。目前，死者家属仍在政府严密控制下，不允许与外界有任何来往。
报导还说，日前蓟县电视台播出莱德大火的相关采访报导，接受采访的民众都说：“我们这没有烧死的。”据知情人士反映，他们身后都有警察跟着。
6月30号，天津蓟县莱德商厦发生特大火灾，当晚《新华社》以轻描淡写的方式首发消息说，事故造成10人死亡，16人受轻伤。这个数字受到民间的强烈质疑，但是，官方统一口径，坚称死亡人数是10人。而《中国记者调查网》记者从知情者透露的消息得知，至少有378人在这场特大火灾中丧生，其中，妇女及儿童居多。至今，仍有不少家属在寻找打探亲人的下落。

Russian bomb hits Chinese fishing boat, netizen comments, “time to offer tribute again.”
According to Russian reports on July 17th, a Russian boat
patrolling the Russian economic zone in the Sea of Japan
bombed a fishing boat with a Chinese Communist Party flag.
Out of the 17 fishermen on the boat, 1 went missing.
Currently, the fishing boat and 25 pounds of squid have been
detained.
The Russian government claims the fishing boat have been
sent to the Port of Nakhodka for further investigation.
As of 9pm on the 17th, China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs
still has not responded to this event.
The Consulate General of China in Khabarovsk confirmed
to Mainland China Media that a Mainland fishing boat
has been detained by Russia, but whether or not there
are fishermen missing is in need of further confirmation.
This piece of news sparked great discussions on Chinese
websites, because in the past Mainland authorities have
always spread propaganda on the solid friendship between
China and Russia, and its common resistance to U.S. Imperialism.
The occurrence of such events outraged Mainland netizens.
Many people criticize CCP’s internal tyranny and external
bullying of the weak while fearing the strong as being good for nothing.
Some people mock China and Russia’s friendship, saying
it is maintained by the CCP’s tributes to Russia,
some people even cited the scandal of former Communist Party
General Jiang Zemin selling millions of Chinese land to Russia.
Netizen wangyilinshigong mocked, “They voluntarily gave out
land in 1999, now [they] got bombed, looks like it’s time to offer more land again.
[They] might as well sign away Heilongjiang secretly.
In 2009, a Russian warship sunk Mainland China’s New Star
cargo ship, putting the 8 sailors on board in danger.
Further details revealed on Tianjing Fire; Deceased processed as car wreck victims
The Tianjin Jixian Department store fire disaster has been
a topic of concern and discussion amongst various medias.
Although Tianjin authority has ordered a silence on the real
number of fire victims, news continuously breaks amongst civilians.
According to quoted sources from The Epoch Times
on July 17th, the other victims,
besides the name of the 10 victims published by authorities,
were handled with car accident protocol.
The 610,000 consolation fee and corpse can only
be picked up by family members after they sign.
This consolation fee is meant to be used to hush them up.
Currently, victims’ family members are still under secure
government control and are forbidden to interact with the outside world.
The report also says Jixian TV is currently broadcasting
interviews and reports concerning the fire at LaiDe,
however, civilians who received interviews said
there were no fire victims there.
Informed sources say these people were followed by police.
On June 30th, a fire took place at Tianjin Jixian LaiDe
Department store.
That same night, Xinhuanet first reported the fire nonchalantly,
saying the event killed 10, and 16 had minor injuries.
This number was highly questioned by citizens.
However, authorities spoke with one voice,
insisting that the number of deceased is 10.
Yet, China Journalist Investigation Net reports received
word that at least 378 people have died in this huge fire from a person familiar with the sources.
Many are women and children. As of now, many family
members are still looking for the whereabouts of their loved ones.
