Ingredients:
130g caster sugar(细砂糖)
300ml water(水)
2 pandan leaves,knotted(2片班兰叶,打结)
110g rice flour(粘米粉)
60g tapioca flour(木薯粉)
20g custard powder(吉士粉/蛋黄粉)
1/2 tsp salt(盐)
200ml corn juice(粟米汁)∼200g sweet corn cream blended with 150ml water(200克罐头甜粟米加入150毫升水,打烂取汁)
100ml thick coconut milk(浓椰浆)
100g grated coconut(白椰丝)
1/4 tsp salt(盐)
