【新唐人2012年3月10日讯】日前，重庆警方闯入重庆市人大代表张明渝的住处，将他逮捕。张明渝的律师浦志强向英国广播公司BBC表示，为了阻止张明渝曝光重庆市人大常委、金融大亨翁振杰和王立军之间的犯罪黑幕，重庆公安副局长带领3名警察闯入张明渝北京住所，在没有出示任何证件和理由的情况下，把张明渝铐上手铐带走。浦志强律师也遭到北京5名警察骚扰一天，微博被封锁。
重庆人大代表、地产开发商张明渝，曾多次用实名向当局举报另一人大代表——重庆市人大常委金融大亨翁振杰，但都石沉大海，张明渝在他的微博上举报，也招来杀身之祸，一段时间以来，他不得不四处躲藏，无法与家人团聚。
今年两会，张明渝准备再度实名举报翁振杰，并在微博披露他手中握有有关翁振杰与当时的公安局长王立军，对他威胁恐吓的录音材料，和其他重庆高层的犯罪证据。
张明渝又在新浪微博上透露，原重庆市人大常委会副主任税正宽是死于“自杀”，并声称税正宽死在王立军情妇王静的别墅中。
张明渝7号晚上在他的新浪微博上说，重庆方面来了四个人，要把他带走。张明渝律师浦志强说，现在张明渝下落如何，他也不清楚。从那以后，张明渝的手机就一直打不通。
报导说，张明渝对在重庆唱红打黑有意见。他被迫把资产交出来，给了薄熙来的亲信。
张明渝“被失踪”消息一传出，立即引来法律界人士关注，律师们质疑，重庆警方是否获得人大常委会同意。
莫少平：“法律有文明规定，只要是人大代表，如果限制他的人身自由，必须通过同一级人大常委会的批准同意才可以，否则的话，就不能对他进行拘留或逮捕，如果没有经过同意就拘留或逮捕了，那他就是违法。”
年前张明渝召开记者交待会，揭露重庆市人大常委翁振杰的犯罪事实。并把一些证据交给了在场记者。他说他能够把重庆的毒瘤暴露出来，心中感到轻松了许多。
张明渝：“翁振杰他作为人大常委，也是国有企业的金融机构，特别是他是黄市长最信任的人。”
1月12号，翁振杰和张明渝的“同创”办公室发生了火灾，烧毁了所有的财务资料和其他有价值的证据。这时张明渝躲在外面已有一段时间了，他怀疑是翁振杰所为。
张明渝：“江北区公安分局，消防分局的人已经介入，问了他们，说为什么你们的办公室着火了，财务资料已经烧了，不报警呢，为什么？是警方主动找了他们这个事后情况，那我就怀疑他们要隐瞒什么。”
据浦志强透露，重庆警方带走张明渝的理由是张明渝揭露王立军和翁振杰给重庆抹黑，浦志强质问软禁他的警察，是张明渝的揭露抹黑重庆，还是薄熙来的无法无天的黑打，和重庆的打黑英雄王立军的叛逃给重庆和中国人丢了脸？
据报导，是薄熙来亲自下令派人将张明渝秘密抓捕，让张在两会期间与外界隔离。

Fearing National Congress Representative’s Reports on Wang Lijun, Chongqing Police Make Their Move
Recently, Chongqing police broke into the room of
Chongqing National People’s Congress (NPC) representative Zhang Mingyu and arrested him .
Zhang Mingyu’s lawyer Pu Zhiqiang told the BBC, this was
to prevent Zhang from exposing the crimes committed by
financial mogul Weng Zhenjie and Wang Lijun, Chongqing
police deputy director and three police officers broke into
Zhang Mingyu’s room in Beijing and arrested Zhang.
Zhang was not shown any arrest warrant or document,
he was handcuffed and taken away.
Lawyer Pu Zhiqiang was also harassed by five Beijing
police officers, and his micro-blog account was shut down.
Chongqing NPC representative and real-estate developer
Zhang Mingyu tried many times to report crimes of another
NPC representative, Chongqing financial mogul Weng Zhenjie.
However, his reports were ignored.
When Zhang Mingyu posted his report on the micro-blog,
Zhang’s life was threatened, forcing him to go into hiding.
During this year’s Lianghui, Zhang Mingyu wants to report
on Weng Zhenjie once again, revealing on his micro-blog
that he has proof of threats he received from Weng Zhenjie
and Wang Lijun, and evidence of their other crimes.
Zhang Mingyu revealed on the SINA micro-blog,
that former NPC standing Committee deputy director
Sui Zhengkuan didn’t “commit suicide,” but died in the
mansion of Wang Lijun’s mistress Wang Jing.
Zhang Mingyu posted on the SINA micro-blog on March 7 that
Chongqing authorities had sent four men to take him back.
Zhang’s lawyer Pu Zhiqiang said, Zhang Mingyu has gone
missing. Since then, Zhang’s cell phone has also been switched off.
It’s been reported that Zhang Mingyu was a critic of
Bo Xilai’s “sing red, fight black” campaign.
Zhang was forced to give his wealth and
properties to Bo’s relative.
After Zhang Mingyu went missing, many legal experts and
lawyers of the area expressed their doubts as to
whether Chongqing police had permission from
the NPC standing committee to arrest and abduct Zhang.
Muo Shaoping, says: “There are legal regulations, to restrict
the personal freedom of a National Congress member,
this action must be approved by the NPC Standing
Committee at the same level, otherwise,
(you) can’t detain or arrest him,
detain or arrest without permission is illegal.”
Last year, Zhang Mingyu held a press conference where
he exposed evidence of crimes committed by Chongqing NPC representative Weng Zhenjie.
He gave some samples of evidence to reporters at the scene.
He said he felt a lot better after exposing this deadly tumor in Chongqing.
Zhang Mingyu says, “Weng Zhenjie is an NPC representative,
who controls a state owned financial agency, and he is also the most trusted man of mayor Huang.”
On Jan 12, Weng Zhenjie and Zhang Mingyu’s joint office
caught fire, destroying most of the financial records and other valuable documented evidence.
Zhang Mingyu had already been in hiding for a while
at that time, he suspected that it was done by Weng.
Zhang Minyu, says “Jiangbei district police station,
and fire station immediately got involved, asking them,
if your office was on fire, and financial records were burned,
why didn’t you call the police?
When the police got involved afterward,
I suspected that they were hiding something.”
According to Pu Zhiqiang,
Chongqing police took Zhang Mingyu away
because Zhang’s accusations against Wang Lijun and
Weng Zhenjie are making Chongqing look bad.
Pu Zhiqiang wants to ask the police,
is Zhang Mingyu making Chongqing look bad,
or is this Bo Xilai’s lawless “fight black” and
Wang Lijun’s escape making Chinese people look bad?
According to a report, Bo Xilai personally instructed the secret
arrest of Zhang Mingyu, to isolate Zhang from the outside world during the Lianghui period.
