【新唐人2012年3月12日讯】就在“刑事诉讼法修正案”即将提交人大表决的同时，大陆许多法学者在网上发出“暂停表决”的紧急呼吁。法律学者指出，这次人大的修法，在修法程序上存在严重违法行为。
暂停表决的紧急呼吁，由北京“新启蒙公民参与立法研究中心”负责人熊伟3月11号发出，他在新浪微博上拥有19万粉丝。目前，“北京大学”法学院教授贺卫方，和“中国政法大学”法学院副院长何兵等知名法律界人士，都对这一呼吁作出了积极反应。《刑事诉讼法》修正案因保留了“秘密拘留”和“指定场所监视居住”条款而备受争议。
《六四天网》3月10号报导，最近，大陆各地秘密拘捕和非法失踪案例急剧增加。据不完全统计，2012年1月以来，大陆已有数万公民被非法关押。报导说，在中共两会前的二月份，仅北京“久敬庄”一地，就非法关押上访者达两万多人次。与此同时，大陆各地有多名异议人士遭秘密软禁等非法待遇。
英国《星期日泰晤士报》头版报导引述不具名英国资深情报官员的话说，中共间谍多次侵入英国军工巨头BAE的系统，盗取西方最先进战机的研发机密。
报导说，中共黑客对BAE的网路攻击持续了18个月，并利用BAE电脑系统的薄弱环节攻入，盗取了有关西方目前顶尖的战斗机F-35 JSF的设计、性能和电子系统的大量资料。报导引述美国专家的话说，失窃的只是BAE负责的那部分，并不是JSF项目的全部。
而3月10号，也是藏人反抗中共暴政的53周年纪念日，在此之前，不断传出藏人自焚抗议和中共军警射杀藏人的事件，世界各地的藏人纷纷举行示威活动。纽约五个藏人团体、三千多人加入全球的抗议活动，在联合国总部前集会并游行到中领馆前。
集会人士手捧自焚殉难者的照片，发表纪念日声明，呼吁支持境内藏人，他们谴责中共在西藏的铁腕政策，希望关注西藏问题的中国民众了解藏人为什么会抗议和自焚。

Sabotages the Law
The Criminal Procedure Law Amendment is about to be sent
to the National People’s Congress (NPC) for approval.
Many lawyer scholars on the internet are urging for the vote to
be suspended.
They point out that the Amendment procedures severely
sabotage the law.
Xiong Wei, director of Beijing New Enlightenment Research
Centre, Citizen Participation in Legislation, issued the appeal on March 11th. Xiong has 190,000 fans in Sina microblog.
At present, law school Prof. He Weifang in Beijing University,
He Bing, deputy dean in University of Political Science and
Law School and other well-know people in the law society
support Xiong’s appeal.
The Criminal Law amendment retains “secret detention" and
“hold in residential surveillance at appointed place". This is provoking much controversy.
On March 10th 64tianwang.com Human Rights Centre said
that cases of “secret detention" and “enforcement missing" had rapidly increased in the country.
According to statistics, since Jan. 2011, tens of thousands of
residents have been illegally detained.
Reports in Feb, before the “two sessions" (high-level internal
meetings) said that over 20,000 petitioners were illegally detained in Jiujngzhuang, Beijing.
Meanwhile, dissidents were secretly under house arrest
all over China.
The front page of the UK Sunday Times carried a report of an
unnamed British senior intelligence official’s comments.
It said that British BAE systems had been hacked by the
Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) spies many times;
They stole the west’s latest top secret plans for a fighter jet.
Reports also said that BAE systems had been constantly
under cyber attack from the CCP for 18 months.
The spies exploited vulnerabilities in BAE’s system and stole
the west’s latest fighter jet , F-35 JSF’s design, performance and electronic systems.
Reports quoted an American expert’s comments.
His view was that the CCP didn’t steal everything of the JSF
project, just some aspects of BAE’s information.
March 10th is also the 53 rd anniversary of Tibetans’ uprising
against the CCP’s tyranny.
Prior to this, news of Tibetans’ self-immolation and Tibetans
who were killed by the CCP were continuously reported.
Overseas Tibetans have been holding protests worldwide.
In New York, five Tibetan groups, with over 3000 people
joined together.
They gathered in front of the UN headquarters then walked
to the Chinese embassy.
They held victims photos and read an Anniversary Day’s
declaration calling for support of Tibetans in China.
They condemned the CCP’s tyranny in Tibet, calling for
Chinese people,
who are concerned about Tibet’s issue to find out why
Tibetan people held protests and why they self-immolated?
