【新唐人2013年08月03日讯】8月份的第一天，中共党媒《新华网》发表一篇署名王小石的文章，文章言辞激烈，抨击公共知识份子为“西奴”，并声称“中国若动荡，下场只会比苏联更惨”。这篇文章在网路上掀起轩然大波，并遭到网友和舆论界的全面揭谎质证。
这篇文章将矛头指向微博上的公知，斥责“微博上的天使、导师、公知们天天造谣传谣，制造社会负面新闻，煽动民众怨恨现政权，引发中国社会动荡”。
文章引起外界的强烈反弹。
大陆维权人士胡佳表示，民众是不需要煽动的，中共政权的可恶，在过去将近64年中，它自己就证实了。它的倒台，只是时间问题。
大陆维权人士胡佳：“它已经是语无伦次啦，你可以看到他们的危机感有多强，就是惶惶不可终日啦。它已经感觉到前苏联要倒台前夜的那种状态，所以它急急把这些东西抛出来，让老百姓感觉不能变。我觉得他们的意识形态部门和政法部门都有相当强烈的危机感，才这样的。”
作者王小石在文章中还警告，“如果中国走了苏联的老路，中国惨烈会数倍于俄罗斯。”
胡佳：“现在社会不乱吗？共产党统治下这叫不乱吗？如果说共产党倒台了，那个时候你可能会看到短暂的社会动荡，但那是大治之前的那种乱，因为你得有一个拨乱反正的过程。就像一条路，在修的时候是最痛苦的。等它修通了以后，就一片畅然。”
大陆维权人士姚诚也指出，中共治下的社会道德无底线，很多老百姓都生活不下去了。
大陆维权人士姚诚：“并不是民众在煽动老百姓恨这个政权，而是这个政权确实可恨。把人搞得简直就不像人样了，都是虚的、假的。老百姓看得很透。”
王小石的文章还以大量数字列举苏联民主化后，给俄罗斯人民带来的所谓种种“恶果”。不过，这些引用的数据被网友揭发“很无赖”，大多都是以前的。
美国“乔治梅森大学”教授章天亮博士：“共产党一直用这些方法来吓唬中国老百姓。如果俄罗斯的人在苏联解体之后生活那么惨的话，那么大家为什么不把共产党选回来呢？ 再一个，俄罗斯完全不像它所描绘的，所谓的苏联崩溃之后，生活状况那么糟糕。”
早在7月11号，《人民日报》就曾发文，宣称2012年俄罗斯的人均国民收入达12700美元，已迈入“高收入国家”之列，和如今《新华网》的说法互扇嘴巴。
很多网友也不断查找文章中被引述者，如普京等人的原文表达，指出王小石是断章取义，篡改原义。
章天亮：“要是说俄罗斯当时在改变时有所阵痛的话，那也是共产党造成的一些遗留问题带来的社会转型期的痛苦。中国的问题就是共产党造成的。所以那个人想靠这样就把老百姓吓唬住了，如果说几个他所说的‘公知’讲了一番话就把老百姓煽动起来了，那共产党天天在电视上、报纸上在那煽动爱共产党，怎么不管用了呢？这说明它说的东西不占理。”
香港《南华早报》8月1号报导，有多名大陆媒体人证实，中共国家新闻办公室曾指令，要求各大门户新闻网站转发《新华社》这篇文章。报导还披露，这项要求是某位中央主要领导作出的“重要指示”。
广州作家野渡向《德国之声》表示，当局意在笼络或威吓草根，但错估网路力量。近年在一些公共事件中，普通民众行动者的力量远胜于公知言论。
微博名人“作家-天祐”则在网上发出感慨：新华社的文章不但没起到恐吓作用，反而成了公众的笑柄，真蠢啊。

CCP Media Attack on Public Intellectuals Leads to Uproar
On August 1, Xinhua Network, Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
media mouthpiece, published an article by Wang Xiaoshi.
The article vehemently attacks public intellectuals,
calling them Western slaves, and claims “If China had unrest,
it would end worse than the Soviet Union."
This article set off an uproar online, and was questioned
by netizens and the public.
This article pointedly targeted public intellectuals on Weibo,
denouncing “netizens, teachers, and public intellectuals”
for “fabricating and spreading rumors every day,
creating negative social news, and inciting people’s hatred
of the regime and triggering social unrest in China."
The article elicited a strong reaction.
Human rights activist Hu Jia says there’s no need
for the public to be ‘instigated’.
The CCP and its regime is abominable, and
it has proved this point itself over the past 64 years.
Its downfall is just a matter of time.
Hu Jia, activist: “[The CCP] is already incoherent,
and you can see how strong their sense of crisis is,
it’s in the constant state of anxiety.
It’s feeling what the former Soviet Union
felt on the eve of it’s collapse,
so it hastily thrown these out, which only further
makes people feel it can’t be changed.
I think their ideological and political law departments sensed
the crisis quite strongly, which led to what has happened."
Wang Xiaoshi also warned in the article, “If China followed
the former Soviet Union, China’s tragedy will be many times worse than Russia’s."
Hu Jia: “Is society not now in chaos?
Being under the Communist rule isn’t called chaos?
If the CCP collapsed, you might see some brief social unrest,
but that is the kind of unrest before order,
because you have to have a process from chaos to order.
It’s like a road, it’s most painful when building it.,
When it’s built, it will be smooth sailing."
Yao Cheng, a Chinese activist, also pointed out that
under the rule of the CCP, there is no moral bottom line,
and a lot of people have nothing to live on any more.
Activist Yao Cheng: “It’s not that the people are inciting others
to hate the regime, but that the regime is indeed detestable.
It has made people simply inhumane. It’s promises
are empty and fake. People have seen through it."
Wang Xiaoshi’s article also cited a large number of data
to demonstrate so-called evil aftermath for people after
democratization of the Soviet Union.
But, this data was said to be old and very rogue by netizens.
Professor Zhang Tianliang, George Mason University:
“The CCP always uses such methods to scare China’s people.
If the Russian people’s lives are so miserable,
why didn’t they just re-elect the Communist party?
Russia is completely unlike what the data depicts
about it’s situation after the collapse of the Soviet Union."
On July 11, the People’s Daily had an article which stated that
in 2012 Russia’s per capita income had reached $12,700,
and classifying it among the high-income countries,
Many netizens also continued to find those articles quoted,
such as the original expression of Putin, and pointed out that
Wang Xiaoshi distorted the original meaning.
Zhang Tianliang: “Russia had temporary throes
during it’s changes,
so China may also experience pains during changes
due to social problems left over by the CCP.
China’s problems are caused by the CCP.
That person tried to scare people this way.
If a few words from so-called public intellectuals can incite
people’s hatred, the doesn’t that show that the propaganda
in the media about love for the CCP doesn’t work on them?
This shows what the CCP says doesn’t hold reason."
On August 1, Hong Kong based South China Morning Post
reported that a number of media people had confirmed that
the CCP National Press Office had ordered many news sites
to forward the Xinhua News Agency’s article.
It’s said that the order was made by a major central leader.
Guangzhou writer Ye Du told Deutsche Welle that
the authorities intended to win over or intimidate people,
but misjudged the strength of social media.
In recent years, in a number of public events,
the power of ordinary people has far exceeded remarks
by any public intellectuals.
Weibo celebrity “writer – God Bless" once posted online:
“Not only did Xinhua’s article not play threatening effect,
it also become a public laughing stock, it’s truly stupid."
