材料(四人份量)Ingredients (4 people portion):
二百克白饭鱼 200g Chinese noodle fish
三只中型鸡蛋 3 medium size eggs
一茶匙粟粉或生粉 1tsp corn starch/potato starch
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil
一茶匙鱼露 1tsp fish sauce
一片姜渣出半茶匙姜汁 1/2 tsp ginger juice
半茶匙绍兴酒 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
六分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/6 tsp ground pepper
四分一茶匙砂糖 1/4tsp sugar
四分一茶匙幼盐 1/4tsp salt
