Tourists Flock to Manali, India to Beat the Heat
观光客涌进印度马纳里避暑

Summer temperatures continue to rise in the plains of India. To beat the heat, thousands set off to spend time in places like the town of Manali in India’s northern Himachal Pradesh state.
夏日的温度在印度平原持续上升。为了对抗炎热，数千人动身前往印马纳里北部的Himachal Pradesh城里度假。
Here the cool weather and calm atmosphere act like a magnet attracting tourists to the area.
这里的凉爽天气，平静的气氛，就像磁铁般地吸引观光客到此。
[Shivani, Tourist from Punjab]:
“It is a nice place for holidays and atmosphere is also too good rather than compared to other states and other countries."
来自旁遮普的观光客Shivani说：

Every day during the month of June, more than 35,000 tourists visit Manali.
六月里，每一天都有超过35,000名观光客来到马纳里。
On weekends, as many as 50,000 tourists flock here.
每个周末，多达5万名观光客聚集于此。
Manali is a place where tourists can enjoy snow, winter sports like skiing, mountain biking, snow scooter riding, paragliding, white water rafting and other adventure sports.
马纳里是观光客可以享受雪、冬季运动如滑雪、山中健骑、雪上机车、高崖跳伞运动、激流泛舟、以及其他冒险的运动的地方。
