【新唐人北京时间2018年10月24日讯】自制鸡蛋豆腐,用鸡蛋和豆浆来制作,比例是:1杯的蛋就加1杯半的豆浆。
自制鸡蛋豆腐 Homemade Egg Tofu
材料
鸡蛋 3颗
豆浆 260cc
Ingredients
3 eggs
260CC soy milk
调味料
玉米粉 1茶匙
盐 1/2茶匙
Seasoning
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
作法
1. 鸡蛋打至大碗中,加入豆浆、过筛的玉米粉及盐一起充分打匀。
2. 用滤网过滤后倒入模型容器中。
3. 电锅外锅放入蒸架,加1杯水,按下开关盖上锅盖,至蒸气冒起、水开后,将作法2移入锅中。
4. 盖上锅盖,边缘留缝隙使蒸气能排出,蒸约15分钟后取出放凉即可。
Preparation Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add soy milk, sifted corn flour and beat thoroughly and evenly.
2. Strain through a sieve into a mold.
3. Place a steam rack in the outer pot of the rice cooker. Add 1 cup of water, and switch on the cooker. Cover with the lid until steam rises. After the water comes to a boil place the mold from step 2 into the pot.
4. Cover the pot and leave a gap so that the steam can escape, and let it steam for about 15 minutes, then remove and let cool.
